chapter two

   december 16th
~natalie's pov.~

today was the day of the concert and lilly was jumping off the walls with excitement. today was finally the day she got to meet her loves.

   we are currently doing our make up. it's really cold in new york but we most likely will get hot in the venue so i chose to wear black jeans and a grey crop top with a red, blue, and white flannel around my waist. lilly ended up wearing leggings with her grey seavey jersey.

   we finished getting ready and headed to the cab. lilly didn't stop smiling the whole car ride.

   once we got to the venue it was almost time for the meet and greet. we waited in line while lilly was jumping up and down.

   the line was wrapped around the outside. lilly must not be the only one obsessed. i walked around the corner and then i saw him. zach. the boy from the hotel. was he in why don't we?

   we were now next in line and i could see zach starring at me. i smiled and felt my cheeks burn. lilly notice and just looked confused until it was our turn.

   i first hugged a boy with bright blue eyes, he introduced himself as daniel, that must me the one lilly likes. i could see why. next was a boy named corbyn with blond hair. then it was jonah, he was pretty tall and handsome. after him it was jack, he had the most curly hair ever.

   i was now at zach and he was smiling at me. "forget about me yet?" he asked me.

   "of course not." i said with my smile only growing bigger.

   "good" he smiled.

   he wrapped him arms around me and i did the same. i wish this moment could last forever. i felt safe in his arms. it was weird. but before i could let go he slid a piece of paper in my back pocket.

   while we took pictures my eyes never left zach. he was so cute and charming.

   lilly finally dragged me away to where we would watch the concert. zach winked at me as we walked off and i got butterflies as i️ took the paper out of my pocket.

   it was his number. at this point i was blushing uncontrollably.

   "what's with you and zach?" lilly said with her eyebrows arched.

   "i don't know. i think he's really cute. he gave me his number." i squealed.

   i was surprised this was happening to me. this couldn't be real. all guys like lilly. she's prettier then me and has a more flirty personality which they seem to love.

   "awe that's so cute. your lucky." she smiled, "daniel gave me his number!" she went on as she almost cried from excitement.

   "dude we can totally double date now! omg how amazing!" lilly said acting as if this was a fairy tail.

   "come on don't get ahead of yourself." i said trying to calm her down because at this point she was starting to make a scene.

   "but oh my god just think about it. ugh how perfect." she smiled and dose off thinking about our "double date".

   during the concert zach kept looking at me and winking during his parts. it made me melt. i know we just met but this boy makes me feel some type of way.

   after the concert we went back to the hotel. i looked through the photos we took as i️ smiled. one amazing night i'll never forget.

   i then realized i had zach's number.

   me: forget about me yet?

   within two minutes zach responded.

   zach: of course not
   me: good
   zach: so what's up?
   me: ah nothing much. thinking about swimming.
   zach: that would be fun.
   me: yup. well lilly and i are heading down now. talk to you later.

   and with that lilly and i changed into our swim suits.
