chapter nineteen

july 13th
~natalie's pov.~

i've facetimed the guys nearly every night. it was nice to talk to them but i miss them so much. that's why i'm so thankful for this trip.

currently i'm in the car with my mom. we are on our way to the airport. i'm flying out to new york where i will be meeting lilly. we are surprising daniel and zach, the other boys are helping us.

"hunny be careful!" my mom says as we both get out of the car.

"mom, don't worry. it's for 3 days." i say as my mom grabs my bag from the back as i grab my backpack.

"i'll try not to." she says hugging me.

"i'll see you in 3 days." i say kissing her cheek and walking off to security.

once i get through i go to starbucks to get a drink. i go to my gate and sit down to wait.

~skip plane ride~

it's 5:43pm and i just got off the plane. i see lilly and drop my bags as run into her arms.

"dude i missed you!" i said.

"ahh, i missed you too!" she cries.

"so what hotel are we at?"

"the same one as last time. the boys picked a different one so we won't run into each other."

"sounds great. now let's go shop!" i squeak.

july 14th
~lilly's pov.~

yesterday natalie and i shopped around new york and talked about anything and everything. it was an amazing day with my bestfriend.

currently natalie and i are getting ready to head out to the venue. zach and daniel still don't know we are coming. i can't wait to see their reaction.

i put on my grey seavy jersey and dark blue jean shorts while natalie put on the herron jersey she bought and white shorts. we both throw on black converse as we head out the door.

"this is gonna be so fun!" i say as we get in the taxi.

"i know right! i'm so excited!" natalie says smiling looking down at her half carrot diamond ring that has three small diamonds on both sides.

~natalie's pov.~

once we get to the venue lilly and i jump out of the cab excitedly.

we walk into the back door just as daniel walks by.

"hey dani boy." lilly says twirling her hair.

"oh my gosh! lilly what are you doing here?" daniel says picking up lilly.

"here to surprise you!" she says kissing him. they continue to kiss as i walk off to find zach.

i open the door and my heart falls to my stomach as i feel like i'm gonna puke.
