chapter fourteen

may 15th
~zach's pov.~

   last night natalie and i stayed under the stars till around midnight. we cuddled and joked around until we headed home and feel asleep. i know it was quite an extravagant date for it only being because it was her first day out of the house but she deserved every minute of it. she's been through a lot.

   right now it's 10:03am and i'm in laying in bed with her.

   i had put rose petals and candles leading to
my room and around my bed. the boys decided to stay at logan's for the night to leave us two alone.

   nothing happened besides her falling asleep in my arms.

   i kissed her on her forehead and smiled as i thought about how lucky i am.

~natalie's pov.~

   i woke up to zach walking into his room shirtless carrying a tray.

   "good morning princess. i hope i didn't wake you." zach says smiling.

   "oh no, no you didn't." i say smiling.

   "i made some french toast for us." zach says smiling.

   "sounds delicious." i say smiling.

   he puts the tray between me and him as he turns on friends.

   we finish our breakfast as he sets the tray on the floor and pulls me closer.

"i love you so much baby girl." zach says kissing my cheek.

"i love you more zach herron." i say smiling.

"i love you most natalie smith."

his lips brush mine, not innocently, like a tease but hot, fiery, passionate and demanding. i get on top of him and wrap my legs around him as i feel my heart beat faster and faster as i intertwined my fingers in his hair.

he places his hands on my hips pulling me closer as his lips crashed into mine. i felt a fire inside me as he moved a finger up my spine making me shiver.

as zach starts to take off my shorts as i hear the door creek open.

"woah sorry." jack says laughing.

i get off zach and feel my cheeks go red.

"when did you guys get here?" zach asks embarrassed.

"just got here a few minutes ago." jack says laughing.

"oh." zach says all red.

"i'll leave you two. go back to what you were doing." jack says smirking as he walks out the door.

"well he kinda ruined the moment." i said laughing.

"ya pretty much." zach says laughing pecking my lips.

"might as well go downstairs and see the boys."

"guess so."

once we walk downstairs the boys make kissy noises as i feel my cheeks get hot.

"shut up guys." i say rolling my eyes.

"oo zach ahh." the boys continue.

"did you really have to tell them?" i said hitting jack.

"how couldn't i?" jack says laughing.

"you're annoying." i said slapping his face.

"ow!" jack said rubbing his face.

"that's what you get." i said.

"bet zach wants it." corbyn says winking.

"okay bye." i said waving my hand and walking over into the living room to watch tv.

i turn on gossip girl as the boys come in and sit on the couch.

"oo she's hot!" jack says when blake lively comes on the screen.

"yeah she is. my girls hotter though." zach says smiling putting an arm around me.

"ah she's alright." daniel says laughing.

"ouch." i say laughing at daniel.

"you guys wanna go to the beach today?" corbyn asks.

"yeah sure. that sounds fun." zach says.

"i can't go today." i say sadly.

"why not?" jonah asks.

"i promised my family i'd hang with them for the day." i say, "they think i'm here too much." i laugh.

"you kinda are." corbyn jokes.

"well now i get how you feel about me being here." i say acting hurt.

"we don't mind it." jonah says laughing.

"yeah seeing you and zach making out is very enjoyable." jack says laughing.

   zach and i just roll our eyes as everyone laughs.
