ehh??! 600 views? I barely even write chapters..? I feel so motivated right now, hehe. I wrote this chapter a few weeks ago, but I decided to rewrite it.
I snuck out of the house at around 7:30pm. I'm supposed to be studying now, but instead, I'm hanging out with Laurence, Garroth and a bunch of other people I probably don't even know.
I'm praying that my father or mother don't check on me..they usually tell me to go to bed at about 9:30pm, but they check up on me at about 9. All I have to do is make it back before then.
I was the first one here, and it was freezing. I was standing out the front of the bowling centre, my arms wrapped around my waste tightly, trying to keep myself warm. I was tempted to walk inside, but that's a bit rude, right?
I heard footsteps behind me, I flinched.
"Boo!" I heard a very familiar voice yell out from behind.
"Kyaa-!" I squealed, before placing my hand over my mouth. What kind of scream was that?!
Laurence chuckled. "Haha, that was quite the cute squeal you let out there, Y/N."
"W-what's that supposed to mean?" I blushed furiously. He ignored me, peeping his head over the top of mine. I spun around, and noticed a short girl rushing towards us.
"Wew. Am I late? Hmm. I guess not!" She beamed, huffing and puffing in between.
"Oh, hey Aph," Laurence smiled.
I stared at her..Aph? Who's that?
"Oh! Uh- Y/N, this is Aphmau, and Aphmau, this is Y/N," he said.
I gave her a soft smile, waving at her, and she gave me a toothy grin in return.
"Nice to meet you!" She smiled.
One by one, every began to show up, and before I knew it we had already split into groups.
I was in a group with Laurence, Aphmau, Garroth and..Aaron?
He's scary..
We had to split into a group of 5 since there was an uneven amount of people.
Aphmau and the scary guy were talking, and Laurence was staring at them both, while Garroth went to grab some food.
I turned behind me, and noticed a pink haired girl, kawaii-chan I think her name was? Yeah, she was staring at Aphmau and Aaron with a small grin plastered to her face. I got no clue why. Maybe they're dating or something?
"Hey, Laurence," I nudged him. No response.
"Laurence?" I repeated.
"Are you aliveee~?" I waved my hand in front of him.
"Oh, what? Sorry...I'm just tired," he replied softly.
"Eh? You don't look tired? Anyway, are they dating?" I whispered the last part in his ear.
I noticed him flinch at my words, and an emotionless look replaced his 'tired' one.
"Umm..are you okay?"
"I'm fine," he shrugged.
Nothing was making sense, why would he be so upset over that? Did I do something wrong? I just asked a question...I don't think I said anything wrong..right?
Garroth walked over with the food, placing it at the table. Aphmau and Aaron walked over to eat, and Laurence turned his head towards me.
"Wanna eat now?" He smiled, acting like nothing happened.
"Um..sure?" I asked, slightly confused. He grabbed my arm and pulled me over to them.

Some time passed, and I decided to brush off the whole incident. He didn't seem mad at me, so I guess everything was fine. I'd never done bowling before, and I managed to somehow get third place.
Laurence placed his hand on my shoulder, smiling. "You did great."
"Eh? You think? Thank you," I softly giggled.
Everyone decided to go off and do their own thing, whether it go home or play another round. Garroth had to leave, so I decided to keep Laurence company. We decided just to grab something to eat from food bar in the bowling centre.
I rarely have unhealthy snacks like this, and god, this is probably the best ice cream I've ever had.
"Someone's enjoying their ice cream? Huh?" He laughed.
"Yeah, well I don't usually get snacks like this," I sighed.
"Aw, that must really suck. Got strict parents, eh?" He asked.
I nodded. All is good as long as he doesn't know I'm the daughter of a wealthy family. Yup. God knows what he'll think if he figured out. I don't even want to think about it.
"S-sorry," he mumbled quietly. I stopped licking my ice cream and looked up at him.
"What for?" I questioned.
"For being rude earlier when you asked if Aphmau and Aaron were dating."
"O-oh..it's fine, I don't really care," I lied.
"I know you're curious to why I acted the way I did," he bit his lip.
"N-no! It's probably something you don't want to talk abou-"
"It's fine if I tell you," he butted in. I opened my mouth to retaliate, but nothing came out. I got to admit, I was slightly curious. I think I know why anyway, I just want to hear it from him.
"First off, they're not dating..and well.." he paused.
"I love Aphmau," he finished.
My eyes widened slightly, as I stared at him shocked. I was quite surprised he didn't even try to keep this a secret from me. Is that because I'm his friend? I felt so happy, but I felt another emotion mixed in with that giddiness, which I couldn't quite place my finger on. I've never felt like this before.
"I wish the best of luck to you both!" I encouraged him, smiling. He smiled back.
"Thank you,"
I stared down at my watch just to check the time, and as I read the time my heart sank. The clock read "8:57pm".
I immediately stood up.
"Huh?" He asked, cocking his head sideways in confusion.
"UM? I HAVE TO GO!" I shouted distraughtly. I've never panicked nor yelled that loudly ever. Even I was surprised I was able to shout that loudly.
I dashed out of the bowling centre, leaving a very dumbfounded Laurence to sit on his own eating an ice cream cone.
