"Hey, Y/N? Do you wanna come with Laurence and I to the park this afternoon?" Garroth asked.
"I-I'd love to— but..I'm not allowed to go out after school," I sighed.
"Well, in that case.." Garroth smirked.
"Let's ditch!"
"WH–" Garroth quickly grabbed my hand pulling me up out of my chair.
"Cmon, Laurence, you coming?" Garroth asked.
"Why not," he shrugged, standing up and also grabbing my other hand. I felt heat rush to my face as his hand intertwined with mine.
"What, do you like it when I hold your hand?" He winked.
"N-no! Not at all," I turned away. I think he was right though.
Why do these two have to be so flirty I thought, sighing to myself.
We snuck out of school, running off to the park, my hands still occupied by the two boys.
"Can you let go? T-this is a bit..."
"But I wanna hold your hand~" Garroth smirked.
"Geez! What's up with you two today," I rolled my eyes, pink tinted on my cheeks.
"Are we too flirtatious for you today?" Laurence smiled.
"...yes," I grumbled.
"Look, we're here!" Garroth smiled, letting go of my hand.
"What're we going to do?" Laurence asked.
"We can play soccer! Then buy some ice cream," Garroth replied.
"I don't think Y/N would like to play soccer..plus, I don't think a skirt is ideal clothing to wear for sports," Laurence protested.
"That's. The. Whole. Point," Garroth grinned.
"..." Laurence remained silent for a moment.
"OHHHHHH...yeah," Laurence grinned.
"Perverts," I deadpanned.
"It's not like that, nooope! Definitely not," Garroth lied.
I sighed, sitting down on the bench.
"Look, I'll just watch you to play soccer, 'kay?"
"Fineee," They groaned in unison.
I sat down and watched them play. It felt weird ditching class, but it was fun. I snapped out of my thoughts as I saw Garroth kick the soccer ball, hitting Laurence in the head.
"Shit," he cursed under his breath. Garroth and I rushed over to him.
"Are you okay?" I asked. Laurence nodded.
Garroth sniffled, "I'm sorryyyyy...."
"It's fine, haha. It was just an accident," Laurence gave his friend a reassuring smile.
"Anyways, I'm gonna go fill up my water bottle at the taps over there so I can press it up on my head. I'll be back in a sec," Laurence spun around and ran to fetch his water bottle.
"What do we do now?" Garroth sighed.
"I'll play soccer with you till Laurence gets back?" I exclaimed.
"I'd rather not hit you in the head either..uh, why not we just kick the ball to each other. Each pass we take a step back or something?" He asked.
"Sure, why not," I shrugged.
We began passing the ball to each other, taking a step back with each kick. I had crappy aim, but at least I was having fun, and Garroth kept laughing at me. We were about 2 meters apart, and the ball was coming towards me. Angrily, I kicked the ball hard. Or at least I thought I did.
As my shoe touched the ball, my body skimmed over it, rolling the soccer ball behind me, while I stumbled forward.
Basically, I kicked myself.
I stumbled forward, trying my best not to fall face first. I hated falling over ever since the Laurence incident. I grabbed onto Garroth, desperately trying not to fall, and praying that he didn't stumble back.
Garroth was laughing the whole time.
Until he fell over, anyway.
As I fell, I closed my eyes, not wanting to open them. I knew exactly what happened, and I was too embarrassed to face reality.
I opened one eye, and saw Garroth, who's eyes were averted away from me. His face was bright red.
"Sorry for laughing," he mumbled. I'd never seen him so embarrassed and nervous in my entire time knowing him. I could feel my cheeks heating up too, just great.
"I-I it's.." I was having trouble speaking.
"Ohoho..I leave for two minutes and you guys are already on each other," Laurence teased.
"I-it's not like t-that!!" I blushed furiously.
Garroth pushed me off of him unceremoniously.
"YOU WANNA GO?" He stood up, running over to Laurence, who was laughing hysterically.
"You're both so flustered! Geez, take a joke," Laurence chuckled.
I laughed as I watched Garroth hit Laurence. It was pretty funny how he reacted.
"Break it up you two," I laughed, breaking them from the fight.
I moved Laurence, then Garroth out of the way. I noticed Garroth's cheeks were dusted with a light pink as I did so.
"Let's just get some ice-cream or something," I smiled.
The boys nodded, and we began walking towards the ice-cream truck.
For some reason, a part of me wished that it was Laurence I fell on.

Gotta have that cliche anime fall. Hehe. I wonder why Garroth was so flustered when
Y/N pushed him out of the way? Was he still flustered from the fall or is it something else...
