Tyler sat on the bleachers, hugging the hoodie he was wearing. It was getting chillier out now that fall was really kicking in. He was currently watching the football practice. His mom made him go. He closed his eyes for a second, enjoying the cold weather. "Hey." Tyler slowly opened his eyes and blushed. Josh sat next to him.

"What are you doing here?" Tyler mumbled.

Josh shrugged, "well, if I can't be on the football team, might as well watch them practice." Tyler chuckled quietly. Josh glanced at Tyler nervously, "were still friends, right?"

Tyler looked at him, "only if you want to."

Josh smiled, "it would be really nice if we could still be friends."

Tyler smiled back, "then ya, were still friends." Josh looked over to the other side of the field to where the cheerleaders were practicing. Tyler looked over and chuckled, "Debby's really pissed."

Josh shrugged, "I don't really regret breaking up with her. She was kind of a bitch."

Tyler snorted, "ya....um...she doesn't know what happened between...us. Right?"

Josh shook his head, "nope, I knew you probably wouldn't want her to know."

Tyler nodded, "ok, thanks."

Josh shivered as a gust if wind hit them, "its cold out."

Tyler nodded in agreement, "wanna go somewhere? Maybe get some food?"

Josh stood up, "sounds like a plan."

Tyler grabbed the hand that josh offered and hoisted himself up. Tyler awkwardly took his hand away from Josh's and cleared his throat, "I have to tell my dad I'm leaving." Josh followed Tyler down the bleachers and onto the field.

Chris's eye caught the two and he raised an eyebrow, "josh, what are you doing here? We discussed this, your not part of the team."

Tyler scoffed and rolled his eyes, "that's not why he's here. We're going to go get some food. He'll drop me off back home once we're done."

Just then, hoodie came jogging up to the three, grinning at josh, "hey, man. Coach, is josh back on the team?"

Chris narrowed his eyes, "no, he was just leaving."

Josh's jaw clenched and he let out a sigh, "ya, I'll see you around hoodie."

Josh glanced at Chris one more time before storming away. Tyler was quick to follow, ignoring his father, who was calling for him. The two walked in silent until they got into Josh's car. Tyler bit his lip as he buckled, "he's being an asshole, sorry."

Josh chuckled, "you shouldn't have to be sorry for the way your dad acts, Tyler. But ya, he's an asshole."

Tyler sighed, "so, where do you want to eat?"

Josh smiled at Tyler, happy that the subject was changing. Josh taped the steering wheel in thought, "uh, I know this pizza place?"

Tyler groaned, "pizza sounds awesome."

Josh chuckled, "pizza it is."

¿?

Tyler walked up the steps to his house, waving at josh one more time before walking inside. Tyler let out a sigh and walked into the kitchen. He glanced at Chris, who was staring at him with narrowed eyes. Tyler rolled his eyes and opened the fridge, "what?" Tyler grabbed a coke can and it of the fridge before closing the fridge.

Chris took a sip of his coffee before speaking, "I don't want you talking to Joshua anymore. He's a bad influence."

Tyler scoffed, setting the door down, "why, because he's bi? Dad, drop the bullshit." Just then, Kelly walked in.

She let out a huff, "Tyler, please watch your language. Now, what's going on?"

Tyler pointed to Chris, "dad is telling me I can't hang out with josh."

Kelly turned to Chris and Chris stood up, "Thad because I don't want our son being influenced by josh."

Kelly sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose, "Tyler, just....listen to your father. Ok?"

Tyler let out a frustrated yell and stormed out of the kitchen. He walked up to his room and slammed the door behind him. He didn't understand how his parents could be so close-minded. It didn't make sense to Tyler at all. Tyler rolled his eyes when there was a knock on the door.

"It's Zack."

"Come in."

The door opened and Zack slipped in before closing the door. He sat next to Tyler on the bed and smiled sadly, "are you ok?"

"Peachy," Tyler mumbled.

Zack nudged Tyler's shoulder, "just ignore them. They don't know what they're talking about."

Tyler chuckled bitterly, "that's easy for you to say. You're not a flaming homosexual."

Zack let out a weak laugh, "true."

The two fell silent for a while. Tyler finally spoke up after a while, "uh, I might've done something...." Zack raised an eyebrow and Tyler continued, "well, the other day, I got drunk at Josh's-"

Zack let out a laugh, "dude."

Tyler rolled his eyes playfully, "let me finish, asshole. Well, I got really drunk and I may have...uh...kissed josh."

Zack's mouth fell open, "shit, really?" Tyler nodded and Zack raised both eyebrows, "what'd he do?"

Tyler smiled sheepishly, "kissed back."

Zack grinned, "dude, I didn't know you liked him? Are you guys a thing?"

Tyler frowned and looked at his lap, "no. I told him I didn't want to."

Zack scoffed, "how come? He obviously likes you if he kissed back."

Tyler looked at Zack wth wide eyes, "I'm scared to. I-I'm not ready to come or and I've never dated a boy before."

Zack nodded understandingly, "oh, I can see your point. Do you think you will ever go out with him?"

Tyler chuckled, "I want to."

Zack patted Tyler's shoulder, "well, hopefully everything turns out fine." Tyler nodded, smiling at his brother. Zack suddenly spoke up, "what's it like kissing a dude? Is it weird?"

Tyler let out a laugh, lightly shoving his brother, "shut up, man."

Today was my first day back to school and o already hate my art teacher. My old one was so fun and creative. She was really nice and was really easy going. This new teacher is a motherfucker who's super stubborn and has way too many rules for an art class. Like WHY.

Anyway, my day wasn't too eventful. Hope you guys had an awesome day/night!! Hope you enjoyed the chapter and byyyyyyyyyyyy!!
