Damon

Stefan wasn't at school for the past week. I was getting ready worried that he was hurt. I know that Damon did something to him. I was going to find out what. No one would notice that I was gone if I left during lunch. I got in my car and drove to Wickery bridge. I could tell he was here.

"Damon!!!! I know your here," I screamed.

"Hello princess." someone said from behind me.

I turned around to see a guy with midnight black hair and the same color eyes. I knew it was Damon.

"Where's Stefan?"

"Stefan who?"

"Your brother, Stefan Salvatore. Don't try playing dumb because I know your secret."

"He's gone. You are going to wish you hadn't threatened me princess. Winter is an unforgiving season."

He left and the wind picked up. Snow started to fly all around me and I couldn't see. I tried to walk towards my car but I never found it. I collapsed on the ground and heard a familiar voice.

Elena

"Stefan?"

Elena get up

"Elena get up. Meredith help me get her to the car."

Meredith? Bonnie? I felt arms around me but I felt nothing else. Damon did something to Stefan and he was evil.

"Elena Rose Gilbert. Where have you been?"

"We found her out by Wickery bridge."

I didn't pay much attention to aunt Judith. I couldn't feel anything or think about anything besides what Damon did to Stefan. Everyone was fussing over me and it was just annoying. If Stefan was safe I would enjoy it because he would be here.

"Elena? Your home!"

Margaret. She was one of the only people I could not ignore. She came over and sat next to me.

"Hey kitten."

"She talks. Are you okay Elena?"

"Yes. I'm fine. I'm going to sleep."

I got up and went upstairs. I could hear Meredith ask Judith if they could stay because they didn't want me to be alone. Liar. She just wants to know what's going on. I went to the bathroom and filled the tub with hot water. After I was done I went into my room to find Meredith and Bonnie sitting on my bed.

"Good cop and bad cop?"

"Elena, what's going on?"

I looked around to make sure the Windows and doors were closed( and to make sure there weren't any crows around).

"Stefan's in trouble."

"We know that. The police were looking for him and they found his car by the woods. They think he ran because he killed Tanner."

"He didn't. Matt found him passed out on the locker room floor. He was sick."

"Him running away makes it look like he did," Bonnie said.

"He didn't run away he was attacked too."

"I think Elena is right. I have a way to make sure too. We're going to need a candle."

"Okay. Look in to the flame and think of Stefan. Whatever you do don't talk."

We nodded our heads and she started saying the spell. I thought of Stefan, picturing him in my mind.

"There's water up to my neck. Cold and weak. I'm surrounded by water but nothing to drink. My throat is burning as if it is on fire. There's no light and rocks all around me..."
