Is it really over?

Dear diary,

        It's been four months since Stefan found Damon kissing me. I can't believe that it might really be over. It can't be. I have every class with him and I have to see him every day. Bonnie and Meredith seem happy. Bonnie has Zander and Meredith has Alaric. Tonight is the Valentine's day ball. Maybe Stefan will change his mind and maybe he still loves me.

Elena.

There was a knock at the door and when I opened it there was a box on the floor. I brought it inside and on the side was my name written in familiar writing. It was Stefan's handwriting. I opened it and inside there were a few things. I opened the letter and read it.

My dearest Elena,

        I'm truly sorry I didn't believe you. Damon told me what happened. I should of believed you. Can you ever forgive me? I would love to see you tonight. I will always love you.

When I finished reading it I was in tears. I looked to see what else was in the box. There was a beautiful white dress, a white rose,a pair of silver heels, and a small box. I opened the small box and saw a ring with a diamond in the middle. I put on the ring, dress and heels. They all fit me perfectly. I kept my hair down and wavy. I didn't apply much makeup because I didn't need it with Stefan. Around five thirty there was a knock at the door and I opened it to find Stefan. He looked amazing in a suit.

"Hey. I'm sorry."

"Me too."

"You ready to go?"

"Yes and thank you."

"Your welcome," he said before placing a light kiss on my mouth.

"I love you."

"I love you more. We need to go."
