I drove as fast as I could up to where the wreck was. When I couldn't drive any further I got out and ran.

"Excuse me sir you can't go any further."

"That's my family."

"I'm sorry we are looking for Simon Salvatore."

"I am Damon Salvatore. His uncle. Please I can help find him. I can't lose any of them."

"Let me ask the chief."

She walked over to a man with dark brown hair. He looked like someone I had seen before. They both made their way over to me.

"Come on Damon."

"Elijah. Is that you?"

"Yes. Let's find you nephew."

"Thank you."

"It's my job."

"Yeah. I know but you don't have to help."

"I know."

We searched for the next five hours but we didn't find him. When I broke away from the group I took my phone out and texted Katherine.

Damon- Nothing yet

Katherine- I can't get anything out of the nurses .

Damon- I'll text u when we find him

Katherine- k be safe. luv u

Damon- luv u 2

I went back over to Elijah who was now talking on his phone.

"Kohl did you find him?"

Yes. I'm taking him to the hospital.

"Ok we'll meet you there."

Okay.

He hung up and turned towards me.

"Come on. My brother found him and is taking him to the hospital."
