Thomas stared into the mirror with a grin and ran a hand through his newly dyed hair. He loved how it'd turned out and now he just needed to wait for the reactions.

He sat on his sofa, patiently waiting for the inevitable.

There was a pop and then...

"Oh my God! Thomas I love it!" came the excited shout of Patton as he stood in front of the blinds and kept messing with his hair, a big goofy grin plastered onto his face.

The next person to pop up was Logan who definitely did not share Pattons enthusiasm.

"Was this really a necessary change, Thomas?" he asked in tired sounding voice.

"of course it was! It's purple!" yelled Patton happily, clapping his hands.

Logan hummed and muttered "it'll take a while to get used to but I suppose it's not too bright or distracting so I can live with this."

Thomas smiled. "I'm glad to get such positive feedback from you guys." he said, trying not to laugh as Patton tilted his head forward and grabbed his fringe so he could see the purple.

Suddenly there was a huge noise as Roman arrived wailing at the top of his voice. "Thomas! What have you done?! Virgil said my hair is purple! You've ruined me!"

Another pop signalled the arrival of Virgil who seemed to be forcing down a laugh.

"He hasn't seen it in a mirror yet." he managed to say and not laugh.

Thomas was confused and slightly upset at Romans reaction but Virgil decided to play nice and handed Roman a mirror.

"never mind I love it!" Roman declared, smiling and trying to smoulder at his reflection.

Virgil rolled his eyes and snatched his mirror back before finally talking to Thomas directly.

"this is one of the decisions I'm not going to make you regret because I enjoy the colour purple. It's edgy and although it's colourful it's dark enough not to make me want to puke."

Thomas sighed with relief and thanked them all. He'd been nervous about changing his hair but now he had he was glad he did. The fact that all of his sides had expressed positive feelings about it, reluctant though Logan had been, made him feel ten times more confident.

Just a quick little story I thought I'd make about the sides reaction to Thomas's hair, sorry it's so short.
