Methel POV

"What's the problem Methel?" asked Kristine worriedly, when she suddenly felt herself getting nausea.

"I'm fine," Methel tried to assure her best friend but suddenly she got the feeling to vomit.

She run towards the ladies bathroom of the coffee shop.

'My God! What is happening to me?' she asked herself as she started to puke on the sink.

Kristine followed her inside the bathroom, her best friend made a circular rubbing motion on Methel's back while all the food she took from their dinner a while ago goes down to the hole of the sink.

After several minutes, it finally stopped.

She cleaned her mouth by washing it with water and cleaning her face with the cold faucet water then after, Kristine gave her dry towels to use.

"Thanks," she thanked her.

Her best friend didn't replied, so she glanced at her to see that Kristine has that curious look on her face.

'This is it, she will finally ask that question I'm dreading to hear since that early morning after Geoffrey and I did it without protection a month ago,' she said to herself.

"Where's Geoffrey anyway?" Kristine asked instead, her voice sounding suspiciously neutral.

"He will be here after our shift," Methel replied, turning away to look at her best friend, out of shame of the sinful acts she and Geoffrey have been doing almost every night for almost a month now.

"There's a customer! If you don't mind!" yelled Mr. Potskie annoyed at the two of them and when Methel returned her gaze to her best friend, she saw that she is still looking at her.

"We heard the door!" yelled back Kristine, her eyes not leaving hers.

"Let's go," she muttered walking passed by Kristine.

Methel noticed that tonight is the only night that Kristine was really silent, every now and then, her best friend will give her this curious look that she finds really intimidating so she focused on her job, as a cashier tonight.

After a few hours, thirty minutes exactly before the end of their shifts for the night, three expensive cars suddenly drove in the driveway and parked in front of the coffee shop, and Methel already have an idea who are they though she wish that they are four, like they used to be, because she really miss the other guy who ignored her since he texted Geoffrey the night before the supposed wedding.

There are no more customers on that hour and Kristine, still resuming her oath of silence while cleaning the glass windows, seems to be lost on her own little world and she, cleaning the tables.

The first one to enter the coffee shop was Josh, who's wearing a gray jacket (Eminem style) and a dark pants, he's smiling like a 14 year old kid as he nods at Methel and walks towards Kristine that for the first time since she vomited a while ago, smiled.

The second to enter was Tristan, with a girl Methel came to know as Serena. Tristan is wearing a white v neck shirt and worn out pants and a baseball cap that is turned backwards. Serena on the other hand is wearing Tristan's brown leather jacket with a floral blouse underneath and a hills.

She looks perfection, Methel thought, what a perfect couple they are. (they are currently dating)

The two of them gave her an acknowledging smile before going to an empty table.

The last one to enter is the love of her life, Methel didn't even know that she's already smiling as she saw him enter the shop. He's wearing a black superman shirt, it's the one she gave him, a black pants, and a white sneakers. Methel thought that he is the most handsome guy in the whole world.
