Chapter 5

Monday came around the quicker than I had intended, we had planned our outfits all week long and we wanted the right impression. Beings mixed with humans was massive for us and we werent afraid the vampire hunters were out of reach and nothing was in my way.

"I cant wait until we start a real high school tomorrow!" Faith screamed brushing her hair. We realised what grades we were in the Junior year. Me, Faith, Vicky,Mara,Isaac and Jett were all going to be in the same year. There was plenty of us so we would be able to look out for each other and family matters.

"I know, no more of Moms tutoring!" I say,

"And no more of Grandpas great history lessons" She says.

"Oh but I will miss the history lessons, Grandpa got to watch the battle of little big horn and he also watched Kennedy's assassination along with Lincolns" I tell her.

She huffs "Well nobody can beat Grandpas history lessons"

"Too right sister!"

As I folded up my pyjamas bottoms Faith made a mention of Cole "So, have you stopped talking to Cole?" She asks.

"Why would you think I was even talking to him in the first place?" I asked.

"No reason, just back in Idaho-"

"Nothing happened!"

Yet that was a lie.

I had called Cole in the week and told him my address over and over. Cole just listened to my whisper "The beach is amazing here. I wish you could be here, Vicky is still moaning about you" I told him.

"Oh she should stop. I found somebody else, that's you by the way. I will be on my way soon, when my parents ever let me travel to Cali. Don't think about me not being there, I will be when I can I promise babe" He says, he calls me babe. Nobody has before. "I do miss you being in Idaho though"

"You just loved having two girls at once" I added.

"True. But the difference between you and Vicky is that you didn't swoon over me like Vicky did. She practically threw herself at me, whereas with you Bliss. You love a good game of hard to get" He says.

"You loved my teasing!"

"Oh and I miss that too. It's a shame, we can't go to parties anymore"

I smile at the phone "Stop being such a downer! You will see me again!"

"I just miss you" He whispers into the phone.

"I miss you too" I whisper.

"See you later babe"

"See you later Babe" I replied.

He then hung up and I smiled, Bliss Lockhart you are such a bad girl.

When Faith and I had walked down the long staircase we had found Grandpa waiting for us.

Grandpa had to explain to the young one who would be attending the Junior school that they couldnt show their fangs or drink blood in public as humans would see this was weird.

"I feel sorry for the young ones, they have grown up around vamps now they are meeting humans and not vampire hunters, no fangs or blood suits me just fine!" I said.

"Only because we arents the typical vamp type like our family" Faith replied.

"True but what if we meet the same type of vamps we are you know like me and you, different" i said. It would be a dream to meet vamps like me as we could share different things about where we came from.
