Chapter 13

When my parents come back from Iowa then I would tell them that I'm dating a human, we had a 1 week and 3 days left of freedom since it was now Thursday we finally decided on a party at our house since we had freedom, and sometimes we need to be rebels.

Daria and Natalie finally agreed to it and Faith was finally happy getting a usual teen party in California, it was checked off on our bucket list to have a party without our parents not knowing.We bought loads of food but we had to make a deal with the little ones, they have to stay in their rooms and we buy them loads of sweets to keep them quiet for the night. We also had to buy them new DVDS so it would keep them company, the bribery passed them and we had to get a strict order of DVDs, Frozen, Rapunzel, The Little Mermaid and Shrek.

"I'm so excited!" Faith screamed when we all walked home on Thursday after school, all of our friends were invited some of our friends friends and seniors. This was going to be a big thing that hopefully people would talk about for weeks. "We get a party without our parents knowing? I don't care about getting into trouble it shall be the best party ever and nobody can deny it!"

"Faith, you do realise that you will clean up after the guests have left" Mason said.

"Bastard, well if your friends get drunk and spill the beer then we are blaming it on you" She said. Faith was crushed but it didn't bother her, Mason promised that he would come early and help set up and help out afterwards. Friday we planned our outfits mine was a small white and black hem dress and black heels. Faiths outfit was a dark blue skater dress and black flats.

We went to bed at 9 so that we could get a good nights sleep and be able to get everything ready early.

The next morning we had woken up at 7:30 , we didn't get into our party clothes in case we might ruin them, we put on some leggings and tank tops.

"Right let's start putting everything together for a perfect party" Faith said.

Immediately we cleaned up the house, dusting the lamps and mostly everything and tidying up the rooms. We had to lock up some rooms like the basement that's where all the blood supply was, we had also converted one of the rooms into a pure vamp room, with vamp books, spare contacts , capes, fang toothbrushes and genuine vamp clothes.

"Faith this room has to be locked if people enter this room they will tell the whole god damn world and we're out, please make sure it's shut" I said to her, she was lost in her own world then "Faith! Lock the bloody door!"

"Ok il do it right now" Faith said locking the room, then she gave me the key as I would show this to Mason so there would be no secrets from him. Plus I wanted a genuine honest relationship even dating in secret, yet I only knew that it wasn't honest.

Cole.

I put the key in our room locked away inside another drawer,so nobody would get this key. After that Natalie,Daria, Mara,Vicky, Faith and I started putting out the food and organising everything. The boys started shifting the furniture around so there was enough space for the guests, they also was able to buy some speakers and plugged the iPod in.

"We're all set" Jett said.

After Jett said there was a knock on the door I opened it to see Mason standing in the porch.

"I'm here to help!" He said.

"Great you can help us with the food and drinks" Mara said. I gave Mason a kiss on the cheek and we helped set up. The food was all put outside and some inside in tables, the drinks were coke,sprites and other fizzy drinks, the seniors got to have champagne and some beer, yet we had put Natalie in charge of the beer and champagne, not offering to anybody under 18.

"Is everything done yet?" I asked.

"Nearly, all we need is our guests!" Vicky replied with.

Guests started arriving in the next hour, seniors, Juniors some sophomores and a few freshmen. Everything was going so well people went in the pool, Faith, Mason and I lay on the sofa drinking coke.

Ria,Tina and May arrived a half hour later and as usual Tina went off with Jett god knows where.

"Mason I have to show you something, involving Vampires" I whispered. We went upstairs and I ran to get the key from my bedroom, I got the key and ran to the room I opened it and led Mason inside.

"Wow what is this?" He asked.

"A vampire room, used for everything a vamp needs except the blood is in the basement" I replied "Don't freak out"

He looked around, scanning the books the only thing I didn't use were the capes but they were only used for Vampire occasions, it was rare I went in this room only for books. I just wanted to know something, how could I be with Mason if I'm immortal?

"I need you to help me find something, how to make you immortal" I said .

"Bliss that's impossible how could a human become Immortal?, they can only if the were bitten" Mason shook his head "When will you bet me?"

"I'm not going to bite you I'm only saying there is something in these books to help you have the gift of immortality, so that I can be with you no matter what" I hugged him "Please, I never want to bite a human!"

The room was dark, the music was blasting all though the house he leaned towards me and I kissed him, butterflies in my stomach sparks going though me this would never get old. I could hear people running up the stairs so we pulled apart.

"Who's there?" Mason whispered.

"Let's go look" once we were out of the room we followed the noise it led to Jetts room, I heard Tina I'm there, no way was she that shallow.

We peaked inside to find Tina and Jett making out, not a great sight I closed the door and Mason and I ran down the hall laughing.

"That could be us some day" He whispered in my ear.

"Slow down. I think they are playing truth or dare, let's go join them" I said.

I pull on his arm and we head downstairs to where a game takes place it was outside and everybody was sitting on the floor spinning a bottle. When Masons friend noticed us they all looked up "Look who came to join!" They said.

We sat down and played, once the bottle landed in my direction one of Masons friends named Sam picked my dare "I dare you, Bliss to phone the last person you called and tell them you love them"

Oh Shit.

The last person I called was Cole.

I pulled out my phone and called Cole when he picked up i was afraid "Hey Bliss! What's up it's nearly midnight?" He says.

Everybody looks at me I know I just do this dare "I love you" I whispered into the phone.

I then hung up before Cole could say anything else.

For the rest of the night we had fun, played truth or dare, spin the bottle I watched didn't play. I felt like a regular teen, enjoying a regular teen life, but there was still one problem my parents.
