After all the questions I ask the oracle, she only answered one... Who my husband would be. Of course that was the only reason I was really there. But I still wonder what she meant when she said I wasn't human.

It had been on my mind since the day I left the temple. and since my mother and I are alone I thought it was the perfect time to ask.
she gasped."who told you that?" she said eagerly. I replied with confidence. " the oracle did." "Don't listen to a thing that old hag says...she knows nothing." She was shaking and looking in all directions. "But you wanted me to find my husband from her. She was blessed by the god of Prophecies himself1" my voice was getting louder''. she turned away.
"MOTHER PLEASE!"
"That's enough Selene!" she whisked around to face me. Her face was streaming with tears and her fists were clenched. "Leave Selene." She said calmly. I stood there in shock not being able to move. "I SAID LEAVE!" she screamed.
I ran from the room in terror leaving my mother in pools of tears.
I would find the answer...I had to.
