Eleanor smirked back at Kate as she turned away and left the house. It was almost too easy to get under Kate's skin. Usually, Kate was so determined and fearless, but Eleanor could tell that Javi's memory loss was taking a toll on Kate.
Eleanor couldn't exactly say she was upset about this, especially because of her recent questionable behavior.
Quickly, she moved both hands under her bust, pressing her chest up so that he would be implored to look. She took a strand of short brown hair down from her bun, knocking on the door and entering his room.
"Knock knock.." Eleanor spoke, annoyingly enough, like a child almost. Javi was still in bed, but he had put his shirt back on. He was struggling to get his sweatpants on, worried about Kate and wanting to go check on her. He barely acknowledged Eleanor as he stood up, shakily, pressing one hand to the wall for support as he attempted to pull his pants up.
"Oh...hey.." Javi spoke, enthusiasm clearly lacking as he glanced to Eleanor. He didn't look to her chest, his eyes focused on the ground as he tried to fix his pants.
"Please. Let me help you with that." Eleanor spoke, making her way over to him and reaching to help pull up his pants. Javi tensed up as he felt a stranger's fingers brush his thighs, quickly yanking his sweatpants up and backing up some when Eleanor got too close.
"Where's Kate? I think I really upset her. God, I don't want to mess it up...She told me everything and I've messed up so much already. I don't want to mess up what we have." Javi spoke, a sense of sadness and urgency in his eyes. He was thinking about all the things he had lost, the prize of Kate perhaps being the one thing he didn't want to lose.
Sure, he had just met the woman in his mind, but he knew she was the one. From the moment he saw her, he was in love. Those beautiful green eyes were captivating, not to mention that smile or her adorable laugh. Kate was his dream girl, and he knew that he wanted to share his life with her.
Javi couldn't say that just yet out loud, but he knew he wanted to get to know her better. Javi frowned, sinking his head into his hands. "I just want to...See my Kate. She is my Kate after all...." Javi spoke, almost like he was talking about a person that was his end all be all. He didn't mean to make it sound possessive, more like he was stating her importance in his life like Kate used to talk about Javi.
"Oh Javi...It's okay..." Eleanor spoke, moving to sit on the bed next to Javi. Javier instantly tensed, the wrongness shooting through his body. He felt her hand go to rub his back, trying to soothe him.
"I'm here...I just am here to tell you the truth..Not everything Kate told you is true. She has had it out for me since she met me." Eleanor explained, placing a hand on her chest.
It was then that he glanced down, seeing as she attracted attention to it. Javi's eyes widened, but they quickly went back up to focus on hers.
"Kate is a nice girl, Javi, but she's a cheater. She cheated on David with you when he came back...She's been so obsessed with you this whole time. She's practically brainwashed you." Eleanor spoke, softly as her fingers trailed down his back.
"Kate will do anything to bring you away from me. She knows that we have a good chemistry...and we considered giving it a go." Eleanor was lying through her teeth, but it wasn't as obvious to the newly forgetful Javi.
Suddenly, everything was instantly made muddy again. What he thought was clear with Kate, was now being questioned as Eleanor talked to him.
"She's manipulative, Javi. I do think she loves you, but she has played so many games to get you." Eleanor explained.
"Kate is...a..../slut/, Javi. You deserve so much better..." Eleanor whispered, leaning in, but her words instantly sent Javi into clear anger.
"What did you just say?" Javi growled through gritted teeth. He couldn't believe Eleanor called his girlfriend a slut. "She's a slut? Oh I must have missed that part. Please. Tell me more." Javi growled at her, Eleanor lessening up now.
