"Well, this is your new room!" After I agreed to go to school here until I had to find Victor and my family, I was assigned a room right away and was led there by Storm. The room was pretty big and spacey; it was also well decorated. There was a bathroom and a closet for clothes. Though I doubted I was going to take any of my clothes out of the suitcase.

Storm said, "The Professor said he would make you a copy of your class schedule by tomorrow but for right now someone will come and show you around. He should be here in a few minutes so if you want to get settled until he gets here you go on ahead. If you need me for something, I'm usually easy to find or Logan's room is on the floor above this one." She smiled at me again and left.

Get settled in? My family's lives are in danger and I'm supposed to get settled in? I paced in my room for what felt like hours but was probably only three minutes until I heard a knock on the door & went to answer it. It must be whoever was showing me around. I opened the door and my face turned bright red. The boy standing in front of me was tall with brown hair and his ears were turning red for the second time that day.

"Derek! H-hi."

He smiled and said, "H-hey Lily. Storm asked me to show you around today so....here I am!" He gestured to the spot he was standing.

I smiled and replied, "Ya, I see that."

We laughed and stood there for an awkward few seconds until he said, "Well, shall we get this tour started?"

I laughed again and replied, "We shall!"

When I said this place was huge, that didn't even cover a quarter of it. It took Derek and I three hours to get through the tour and that was just a brief overview of the place. He showed me to all the classrooms, the labs, the gym, the kitchen, all the areas where most of the older kids hung out --there was a room with one huge flat screen TV that Derek said they used as a small movie theatre-- and stables, yeah, the kind with horses, this place was awesome! The last place on our tour was the yard. The yard was like Central Park but five times bigger, not to mention beautiful. There was green grass, tall trees, flower gardens, fountains, and a playground. There were also other students walking around. One in particular caught my eye though. The boy was wearing worn out, black converse, jeans, a red flannel shirt over a t-shirt that said "Non-gamers be jealous!" With a picture of a video game princess on it, and glasses over a pair of dark brown eyes with a mop of black curly hair on top.

My eyes practically popped out of my head, my mouth gaping open, and I gasped, "Danny!?"
