Heather's POV

there was some tension between Nash and Cameron that I couldn't quite figure out. Cameron was flirtatious in front of Nash which confused me further. Nash started kissing me roughly, not sweet and passionate like he usually does. he no longer lays his head on me when he sleeps but wraps one arm around my waist. He's actually being quite the tool. He came in one day and slapped my ass.

"What the hell??" I asked in shock.

"What?" he asked.

"Please don't do that" I said quietly.

"And why not? you're my girlfriend" he replied. What the hell? Cameron was watching us with interest.

"That does not mean you can do that!" I said raising my voice.

"Just calm down! it was a love tap" he smirked. I slapped him across the face.

"And so was that." I said before storming off. What a douche! I found a place to sit by a fountain and played with the water.

"Are you ok?" Cameron asked coming up behind me.

"Yeah." I mumbled. He sat down next to me, close enough that we were touching.

"I don't believe that," he whispered in my ear. I looked over at him and he closed the distance between us so that our lips we together. I entwined my fingers in his hair and deepened the kiss. Once I realized what I was doing I stopped and pulled away almost falling into the fountain.

"Why'd you stop?" he asked.

"Why'd you start?!" I replied.

"Nash doesn't deserve you" he told me.

"I can't just switch between the two of you whenever I feel like it though! what kind of girl does that?!" I asked with tears starting to pool in my eyes.

"The kind who started with the right guy and will end with him too" he smiled sweetly.

"I just can't right now, I'm sorry" I whispered and ran away. I went to the roof and pulled out my trusty friend. I looked at the stars in its reflection. I threw it over the edge and sat there feeling numb. Things were so much simpler before the world went to hell.
