Friends, Maybe More

Chapter 22

We walk to the meadow hand in hand swinging them back and forth.  His hand in mine felt so perfect.  I felt a chill go up my spine.  But it's a good chill I guess.  I haven't been this happy since I dated Chris.  I won't get into detail because I will start tearing up but let's get back to Harry.

We walk through the field and all of the sudden I feel a slight push on my back and I go tumbling into the grass and flowers.  

"Harry!" I scream

"Yes Katie? And why are you on the ground?" He says to me being all sarcastic 

He reaches his hand out to me to grab but I pull a little trick and pull him down with me in the meadow.

He looks at me "Katie, now was that necessary?" he asks

I don't say anything but I turn my head to look at him.  

He leans in puckering his lips.  I lean in to kiss him back and his lips were so soft and smelled like spearmint because he was chewing gum. But that kiss was so perfect.  We stood up in sequence. He grabbed my hand and walked to the car.  This day couldn't get better.  Just imagine if I didn't ditch school with Harry today.

We are about 10 minutes from my house but then I Harry takes a wrong turn.

"Harry, you know that you missed the turn right?"  I question him

"Oh yes, I know.  We are going somewhere special. You will like it I promise." He says smiling and keeping his eyes on the road.

We pull into this small side road with rocks on the road and it's a beautiful scenery with flowers, a lake, and really big and beautiful pine trees.  I still don't say a word but it is getting pretty dark.  I look at my watch and it is almost 6:00 so we have time.  

"Here we are" Harry says while turning off the engine, getting out of the car and walking to open the door for me.  

I am kind of used to Harry opening doors for me so I don't say anything this time but I flash him a little smile as I get out of the car.  

"Right this way ma'dam" He says gesturing me to walk this way.  

I grab his gesturing hand and walk the way he pointed.  

"Harry where are we going, and what are we doing here?" I ask him

He doesn't respond, he just smirks, so I take action.

I step directly in front of him stopping him from walking and ask again.

"Harry, I'm going to ask you one more time what are we doing?" I ask forcefully almost screaming

He grabs me and starts kissing me just standing in the middle of the rocky path for about 7 seconds before he pulls away.

"Will that shut you up for a while he says smiling" He asks me in a form of a question more that a statement

"Yes, defiantly!" i squeal

"Good" He says smirking

We walk for about another minute without one word coming from either of our mouths.  Until Harry said something.

"Here we are" he says pretty excitedly

I look around and see the beautiful scenery.  There is a lake in front of me.  Over the lake you can see the beautiful orange, pink. and yellow sunset.  It's gorgeous.

Harry starts taking off his shirt.   He has a bunch of tattoos and I really didn't notice until now because he was wearing a long- sleeve shirt.  But dang he looks hot.  I look at him funny.  

"Trust me you are going to want to do the same.  I'll give you 5 seconds." He says to me

Without thinking I rip off my shirt.  He pulls my arm and damn that boy has some strength.  He pulls me into the lake.  It's freezing and I let him know that.  I scream and almost immediately he pulls me into his huge arms holding me tightly.  I lean in and give him a quick peck on the lips and pull away.  

"Now what was that?" He asks me

I put a questioning look on my face and say "what was what?"

"That kiss. It was too short" he says smirking and his dimples really show now and it looks really cute.

Before I can say anything else he pulls me in for a long passionate kiss.

We just playing around in the lake for about 20 more minutes then we get out of the water.  

Harry grabs both of our shirts and puts them on his shoulder.  He picks me up into his arms and he start walking to his car.  

He opens the door and sets me down in the passenger seat.

I'm so tired I close my eyes and before I know it I am fast asleep.

 I wake up and Harry is watching me parked in a driveway.  I looked at the clock in the car and it reads 8:07.  Oh gosh, I'm dead.  

"Harry I have to get home!" I scream

"It's okay.  I texted your dad and told him that you would be sleeping at Alexis's house tonight." I said to me very calmly

Luckily it's Friday and I'm so happy Harry sent that to my dad.  He would have killed me if he knew I was gone at Harry's house.  Especially because he has no idea who Harry is.

"But Harry, what about Lily?" I squealed.

"We are going to go back to your room and your going to grab a couple of your things, Lily, and Lily's needs.  Like food and toys.  Then we will come back to my house and you will stay the night here." He said

"Okay.  Sounds like a good idea."  I say

We pull out of Harry's driveway and drive another 10 minutes to my house.  

I get out of the car and somehow manage to grab onto the bar from my balcony and pull myself up.  I walk into my room and grab Lily.  Oh how cute she is.  I put her over my shoulder.  She is sleeping and only opens her eyes for a couple seconds and then goes back into her dreamy puppy sleep.  

I grab my Victoria's Secret bag and put some cloths that I pull out of my closet.  I go to my drawers and pull out some panties and some bras.  I head to my bathroom and grab my hair stuff and my makekup bag.  Lastly, I walk to my closet and grab Lily's stuff.  I walk back to my balcony with Lily on one shoulder and my bag on my other.  I look down and see Harry with his arm out wide.  I still have some room to put more stuff in my bag so I put Lily in and jump down into Harry's arms.  

He sets me down and grabs my bag.  We walk over to Harry's car and get in.

When we are about 3 minutes from Harry's house I ask him something.

"Harry, are your parents home?" 

"No love.  I live alone." He responds

"Okay than." I say

We pull into Harry's driveway and this time I don't wait for him to open my door I just step right out.  Harry grabs my bag and I have Lily.  

We walk into Harry's house and it is gorgeous.  I don't know how he can afford this when he doesn't work.  At least I don't think he does.

"Follow me"  Harry says

I do as he says and follow him up the stairs
