We used to be a normal group of teens, living a normal life. We had friends, problems, crappy classes. We all were... well, normal.

Then, Millennium, or Miles for short, came along.

~°~°~

Lily and I were walking through the school's courtyard, sharing my headphones and listening to "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" by Panic At the Disco when my boyfriend, Wren walked up behind me. He tapped my shoulder and I jumped. I had been edgy all day and that had not been helpful. We kept walking and arrived at our next class. He asked what was up and I just shrugged. Lily walked off because she didn't take chemistry. We did have culinary arts together next though. Wren threw his arm over my shoulders and we walked into class and chose seats next to each other. The teacher walked in, so we ended our little PDA. A couple minutes into class, Wren grabbed my hand under the table. I intertwined my fingers with his. Today, we were just watching a video, or this wouldn't have worked because I am right handed. Soon enough chemistry was over and I was saying bye to Wren. I met up with Lily halfway to the kitchen.

"I'm so hungry!" I complained.

"Yeah. I feel ya man." She replied.

We kept walking and got to the class. We were making cinnamon rolls today, which meant we would be making normal ones then huge ones that the people in the class would get to eat. I was excited, as was Lily. So that's why an hour later, we were crossing the courtyard to the bus line. The bus driver wouldn't let me on the bus until I finished my food so I backed off to eat it. I turned around and muttered, "Asshole..."

I finished and slipped into the bus. I ran to the back and slumped into the seat. Lily and I started to find loopholes in what the driver said the bus rules were. See, there was a paper posted labeled "Bus Rules" yet most of what she said were the rules, weren't on there. One was No Profanities so I said, "You know what Lily... Fuck."

To which she responded, "That's great Henley."

I just sighed and said,"Don't call me Henley. I know I have the same last name but she's a fictional character."
