Different in the Same Ways

Chapter 5

Wow.

This is the time of my life. I am still relaxing while everyone is carrying me. I decided I wanted to get down now so I plopped on the floor landing on the floor with my feet until a guy with golden eyes with a teensy bit of green tripped me.

I groaned and turned to slap him across the face until he said, "Watch it tomboy."

I glared at him and told him "Just to let you know, i'm from Amity."

"Thats suprising cause it looks like you are a dauntless born. You are to grumpy. Also, why are you so short ?" He says amused.

He's probably from Candor.

"Well your obviously from Candor. My LEAST favorite faction, just to let you know your stuck up just like the rest of them. Go get a life!" I see him glaring at me when I said that. Do I have to get everyone angry with me?

"I obviously hated that faction also. Why else would I be hear. The only good thing from that faction is when you can tell when someones lying."

That's actually true. When he see's me realizing that I think that, he smiles.

"What's your name?" The boy asks curious.

"Scar. Yours?" I reply.

"I'm Luke Savor."

"Okay initiates!" I hear Nick say.

I turn around with my full attention on him."Dauntless borns go with Lauren, transfers go with me!"

I walk towards Ellie and ask her if she know's where we're going. She just shakes her head.

I looked around to see all of the transfers so I know who is which then my eyes landed on a boy with intense blue eyes staring at Ellie.

I walk to the guy with intense blue eyes and say, "Stop checking my best friend out!"

He says, "I'm not checking her out, im just looking at her for a long time.. because.. I kinda like her."

Well he's straight to the point..

I'm not suprised by what he just said, I mean look at her, she's smart, has curly brown hair, emerald colored eyes, fair skin, about 5'6 feet tall, scripulant built (perfect body shape), is fun, awesome, trustworthy, and straight forward.

One of those perfect girls. My best friend.

I tell him "If you go for her, don't break her heart or I'll rip yours and make you eat it and die.. factionless.

"Okay then." he says in surrender. "I'm Alex Runner."

I nod and then just walk away towards Ellie and he says, "Tomboy! You never told me your name!"

I roll my eyes and turn towards him and just say, "Scar."

I turn back to Ellie and walk towards her with a smirk on my face.

Every transfer student started following Nick. I hope he doesn't take us to our death.

I sigh heavily because i'm exausted. I really need some sleep, thats all I'm asking for people!

Everyone suddenly paused and is in awe. Nick starts speaking again. "This is where the dauntless mostly hang out."

My head starts aching again because of the loud music. Paramore. My favorite band.

My head is throbbing in pain so much, that I leave the room and ask Nick where I'll be sleeping. He tells me the direction to our room and I start changing.

I hear the door slam and I wince. I suddenly see Luke staring at me. Thank goodness I have my bra and underwear on.

"Get out of the girls room!" I got a confused look on my face as he chuckled.

Whats so funny?

He suddenly starts speaking "Just to let you know, we're sharing the same room." I feel like fainting.
