Masked Ball ~Part 1~

[Aphmau's POV]

Today was a special day. My high school is having a ball. But the catch is, the ladies wear masks. The ladies hang out with the men they like the whole time, and then at the end the ladies remove their masks. The men pick one of the ladies who chose him, and they have a slow dance together and every year, they always usually become boyfriend and girlfriend. 

This is why I am going. Not to have fun, but to have a chance to be with my crush, Garroth. He is super popular, and so many girls like him, but we are best friends, so I may have a chance.

My outfit is simple. I have a purple dress that covers up my feet, so that is why I am just wearing normal black flats. The dress sparkles whenever I walk, and it has beads that are used for a belt. I have white tights and my mask is black with fake feathers around it. It shimmers in the nighttime and is beautiful. My makeup is a light pink lipstick, with shadowy eye shadow, and mascara which make my eyelashes pop.

I have a purple bracelet made out of big beads, and that is basically it. My best friend, Pika is coming with me. She has brown hair which is dyed at the red tips. She is obsessed with cats, and her dress is a dark shade of red. Her mask is a simple white mask, and her makeup is just red lipstick. She also has cat ears and a necklace locket with her cat inside. She is super cute, and I can't wait to see her.

I heard a beep outside my window and saw Pika in her car, waiting for me. I waved out to her from my upstairs window, and headed down to the car. "Hey sexy." Pika called. I blushed a light pink. "Don't call me that, I look horrible." Pika glared at me. "No you don't idiot, stop being so down on yourself, you look hot as frick and Garroth is so going to pick you, like my boy is going to pick me." Pika has been having this crush on this boy for five years, and they've actually gotten pretty close. He gets bullied, so no one else with probably not pick him. Pika is all his.

"Let's just get going Pika." She nodded and started up the car. Once we got there, we went over to the bathroom, where Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan told us to meet up. We were going to know what each other's masks look like so we could know if we got chosen. Kawaii~Chan was going for Zane, and Katelyn was going for Travis. "Hey Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, you guys here?" 

"Kawaii~Chan's here!" A squeaky voice called. Kawaii~Chan came out of a stall. "Was just using the restroom." She removed her mask, and we hugged her. "Remove yours Aphmau~Senpai, you too Pika~Chan, just in case you guys are lying to Kawaii~Chan!" We removed our masks and she shrieked with joy. "It is you guys! Kawaii~Chan is so excited to be here! Now where is Katelyn~Sama?" 

"Speak of the devil!" Katelyn walked in and removed her mask. "Hey ladies. Who's ready for an awesome night?" "We are!" We all cheered. Now it's time to see if Garroth likes me or not.
