Walk

[Aphmau's POV]

I grab Garroth's strong, sweaty hand. He just got back from a track meet. It was in the park, which is where we are now. We go onto the trail which is a nature walk, and we walk in silence, which is very peaceful to me. The birds are singing, it's a warm autumn evening, and I am walking with my boyfriend, who is humming a quiet tune.

The trail leads to a river, where Garroth hands me a couple stones to skip. I messed up on two, but the third one skips three times, that I count. Garroth skips one ten times in a row on his first try. He smiles playfully at me. I get another stone which skips 2 time, and I give up from there. Garroth is great at everything, and he isn't competitive about it, which is what I like about him.

"You're great, Garroth. Best boyfriend ever," I tell him and kiss him on the cheek. He smiles. Garroth can't talk. He was born that way, but we found out a way to communicate with each other. It's secret, I can't say how. He tugs me and starts running off somewhere, and I follow him. He shows me a waterfall, and I awe in beauty. He motions to my bag where our swimsuits are in, and we change. I take a quick glance at Garroth and blush, he's naked. He turns to me and smiles, still naked. I turn away and put my swimsuit on. 

Once our swimsuits are on, we dive into the water. It is cold at first, but then it becomes soothing. We swim around together and watch the little fish swim with us. We also play catch with the ball I brought, and then we get out once Garroth takes a peak at his phone which says it's 5 a clock. We dry off and get into our normal clothes, and head out of the woods, where there is a basketball court. Garroth's friends are waiting for us and we go and join them in a game of basketball. The final score is 60-53, with me, Dante and Travis losing. We smiled and shook Garroth, Laurence and Gene's hands and then me and Garroth wave goodbye and we go on the playground and watch the little kids.

"I want to go play with them." I tell Garroth. He nods and smiles. I take his hand and he kisses me. He tugs my ear and tells me to follow him. He leads me to a part of the playground where no one is playing, and we play together, feeling like little kids again. It was so much fun. We then went to Dairy Queen and both got blizzards, and the time is now 6:30. We get in Garroth's car and he takes me to the mall, where we do some shopping, and then he takes me back to my house around 8:00, where my curfew is 9:00. We stay at my house a little while and play video games, and then he waves goodbye and I smile and take him back and kiss him before he leaves. He doesn't pull away, and the kiss deepens. He eventually pulled back and I groaned. He laughed and kissed me one last time goodbye, and then he left.
