Aubrey's going home in two days so that gives the both us to hang out for the entire weekend before she has to go home back to America.

We go shopping and shopping and don't forget even more shopping. Well we didn't buy much because we both were broke so I guess money is out of our pockets, but we did try on a lot of clothes that were cute! So that was fun!\.

Aubrey: So are you and Asa dating?

Me: Um..it's hard to explain.

Aubrey: Explain to me then.

I quickly explain everything that happened from Iris to the kiss with Asa last night.

Aubrey: Wow! I gotta move to London!

Me: Haha. Now what should I call it then?

Aubrey: Well it kind of depends on the way both of you think of it and I don't know. The closest thing to a relationship is playing spin the bottle. That's all I have for you. I'm a sixteen year old girl who has never had a boyfriend. Depressing...

Me: Come on Aubrey, I'm surprised boys aren't lined up to date you. Don't be so hard on yourself.  Enough about me. What happened since I was gone?

Aubrey: Well um..Adrian is dating Dakota James.

Dakota James is the nicest girl in school and has the prettiest brown hair and the brightest green eyes.

Aubrey: The band is starting to suck since you left. Orchestra is starting to suck, too. I'm hanging out with  the drama kids more instead of Adrian he hangs out with his jock friends.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Me: What!? So you and Adrian aren't friends anymore?

Aubrey: Depends how you see it. We don't talk barely, we don't hang out and both of our cliques are so different that we don't go to the same hang out places. So I guess not.

I sit down and think of all the things that all three of us did together. Now we've gone our separate ways and it feels really sucky now. The thing that hurts the most is knowing that if I never left...this wouldn't have happened.

I take my phone and call Adrian. I don't have to worry about the charge because T-Mobile has that covered.

"Jess?" I hear Adrian ask.

"Hey Adrian. Do you know where Aubrey is?"

I wait a second and he says, "Jess, Aubrey and I don't hang out that much. I'm sorry.

"I know because she's sitting right next to me. She told me you couldn't come because you had a soccer tournament in Florida."

I hear Adrian  gasp in shock and say, "Oh, well I do and I didn't know she was going. Man, we just video chatted last week and so much has happened."

I sigh and laugh and say, ¨No kidding." A tear streams down my cheek and Aubrey takes the phone to talk to Adrian.

There laughing and laughing, talk and talking.

She hands it back to me and Adrian says, "Jess, don't be sad. We love you, but Jess, we have different interests now. We'll never forget our friendship though."

I turn my head to see Aubrey nodding her head and having tears in her eyes that she's trying to fight back.

I say goodbye to Adrian and hug Aubrey happy and sad for everything.

Sad that I left and it caused all this and happy that they'll never forget each other and I'll never forget them.

I love them and I wouldn't dare to forget the first friends I've ever had.

Dear Adrian and Aubrey

I know you two might not talk, but I hope you two never forget me or each other because I love you guys!

Love,

Jess
