Blue Eyes (Asa Butterfield)

Chapter 18

I sprint to the auditorium and get ready to act, sing and slightly dance my heart out!

"Oh look at you!" Ms. Jameson said hugging me. Her brother is back home resting with her sister and she might go back in the summer if it's  getting worse.

"Ready?" Rider, stage manager, asked me.

I take a deep breathe and say, "I'm ready."

He counts me off and finishes with, "Break a leg!"

I walk on stage and blow the roof off the place! I mean I was nervous at first, but when I stepped on stage the weight of the world just...went away is all I can describe it as! It's a spectacular feeling to have in the world and I never wanted it to end!

Once I crossed that off I hurried to class and got ready to learn and bore myself to sleep, but I was ready for Saturday to come which is in four days. Ugh, when can it come around?! I've been waiting forever to make my dream come true! I really don't have any patients for things, but who cares this is extremely important! I can't think of anything more important....oh, but saving the human race is more important, but I'm just saying.

I race back to my room and sit at my desk that I barely use since I go to the music room, but I do my homework on it and quickly get ready for support group. I brush my hair and I'm out the door. Asa drives me since I don't have a car.

Asa: See you at seven.

Me: Alrighty!

I walk through the doors and I got there super early, yet there were still five kids in there including Riley. I walk over to them and try to be friendly and ask what school they all went to. Most of then were from a school on the other block from MCAA and others were in a school over. Then Riley said she went to MCAA. The last question I asked was the name if their bullies. Some were Jamie, Trent, others were Hillary, Carly, and Carol. Riley had a bully named Carly and I know who I'm going to get.

I sit in the circle of chairs and try to stay away from the talking so I won't talk because I just want to listen not speak. That's just how I roll.

After the session  was over, Riley came up to me outside and said, "Don't think about doing anything stupid with these kids and theirs bullies."

I look at her like she's a lunatic and ask, "Why would you think that?" I hope she doesn't see my plan unraveling because I wanted it to be a surprise.

Riley looks down and says, "You can scare them off, but protecting them from the pain of their bullies forever is impossible and I want you to know that because we as people can never run away from pain because it's a giant tail that drags behind us everywhere." Riley looks at her feet and says, "It's a bitch."

I nod and walk to the car. When I enter the car Asa looks at me and says, "Doesn't that girl go to our school??"

I nod and reply, "Her names Riley, she's in the tech division not in the performing division. She's a behind the scenes kind of girl."

A/N: Hey Wormies! I really don't actually have an ending because I just start to write and I have no ending to the story so I just go with the flow! Though, if the flow doesn't work them I'll juts kind of write s good, planned out ending myself.
