Chapter 14

Brandon's P.O.V.

Gwen was so excited and ready for the fight to begin. She even told me , "Let the fight begin." She was happy to finally get Annabel back home, where she belongs. Everyone was ready to get there female alpha back. All the wizards made me and my pack invisible so no one would be able to see us. Somehow they knew we were coming and punched some people in the face before we finally knocked them out.

"Hurry, we need to get to Annabel!" I yelled. When we reached inside, the inside was full of wizards inside on every floor. When Jen got knocked out we all turned visible. She must have been the most powerful wizard and once she was out we lost the invisibility. I never thought of Jen that powerful, now I know why Annabel is so powerful, with her wolf and witch.

"Brandon, take some people and go ahead and look for Annabel," my friend John told me.

"Alright," I replied back. Then I looked for a few of my good friends and whistled to them. "Gwen, Rocky, Nick, come on, I need you!" I yelled. They all ran to help me. They didn't need me to say anything before they knew what I needed them to do. We ran upstairs and ran into a strange man while running up the steps. This happened at the top floor. There was only one door left and that man was blocking it.

"I take it your Jason's father," I guessed with a grin on my face. He grinned back at me.

"I take it your Brandon, the one that's trying to ruin my son's life by taking away his mate," his father replied. I couldn't take anymore of this, I punched his father in the face. It didn't leave any marks on his face. Luckily as his father was noticed on me, Rocky, and Nick, Gwen was able to pass his and get to the door. We were shocked that he didn't even notice her. Gwen opened the door but none of us could see anything with Jason's father in front of us.

When Gwen opened the door Jason's father turned around after he heard her gasp. Then me, Nick, and Rocky were all able to throw a punch at him and knock him out. We all ran to the door and all we saw was Jason banging on another door.

"Annabel!" I yelled. My voice was deep and sounded angry. At first there was silence and Jason looked straight at us all.

Then I heard her beautiful voice on the other side of the door that Jason was knocking on, "Brandon!" She sounded like she was all alone and she was scared to death. Then Jason looked at me then kicked the door down with one kick. I heard Annabel scream after Jason walked in.

"Annabel!" I quickly yelled and ran to the door. Jason had Annabel's hair in his hand while Annabel was crying in pain on the floor. "Jason let her go!" My voice was louder and deeper then ever before. Jason gave me and evil smile.

"When will you learn that Annabel is mine. She doesn't want you anymore, she's in love with me," I knew that Jason was lying. Annabel would never reject me just to be with someone like Jason. He was torturing her right now.

"I doubt Annabel would fall in love with you," I responded. "Maybe we should let Annabel choose who she wants to be with," when I told Jason he looked as if he knew what he was getting himself into.

"Alright fine, we'll let Annabel choose who she wants to be with," Jason smirked. What is his plan? Then Jason let go of Annabel's hair. I ran to hug Annabel and for some reason Jason didn't stop me. I wonder why?

"Get off me!" she yelled. Then she pushed me away and ran to Jason's arms. He was smiling at me. Everyone including me stood in shock. What was wrong with Annabel? Why is she acting like this? That was all I could think about.

"Annabel, what's wrong," I asked her as she dug her face into Jason's chest.

Jason looked up at me and said, "She doesn't want you anymore, she's finally come to her senses."
