Chapter 18

Zander's P.O.V.

Me and Brian changed into wolf form and ran back to the school. We stayed hidden in the bushes and changed into our human forms. We asked the principle were Annette lived. It took him a while but once he told us the address we raced each other in wolf form to her house.

I let Brian win. I knew how much he loved her and wanted her safe in his arms instead of one of my mother's enemies.

Brian didn't bother to knock on the door. He busted it down after he changed back in human form. I raced in after him. I didn't get why he was just standing at the door until I walked up next to him and saw the place was trashed. No one was in the house. There were just chairs broken, holes in the wall, food everywhere, and lots of other stuff.

A minute later my parents show up right behind us in human form. My mom looks at the place before she starts crying. My dad wraps his arms around her and tries to fight back the tears. For the first time he lost. The tears were coming down his cheek nonstop.

 I've never seen my dad cry before, he was always a strong man. Now I just felt bad for him, he finds out that his daughter is still alive but he can't get her back.

"Mom, we'll find her," I tried to calm my mom down. She was pouring out tears. I can't believe this was happening. My life has always been great until I bumped into Annette today.

Then I watched my mother fall to the ground. Someone was talking to her in her head but she was trying to get them out of her head. She always falls when she tries to get someone out of her head.

She got up after a few minutes and said, "I have to go." What? Where is she going, we have to find Annette and my moms just taking off.

My dad grabbed her arm and yelled, "I know what your doing and we can find another way to get her back." I know my dad was talking about Annette but what was my mom planning on doing?

"Brandon you can't stop me. Annette has been with Jason for 16 years and I'm not going to let her spend one more day with him," she said. Tears started coming down her cheeks again.

"That was an order. I promise you, Annette will be with us again and Jason will be out of everyone's life," my dad replied.

Annabel's P.O.V.

I was crying next to Brandon until Jason tried to communicate with me threw my head.

"It's been a while, hasn't it Annabel?" Jason asked me.

"Where is she?" I cried. I couldn't stand to know that Annette was with Jason for 16 years. If Jason ever hurt Annette I would kill him within a second.

"Shh, she's right here next to me and you know what I want," he told me. I did know but there were two things he wanted.

"Which would be?" I asked. I continued to cry waiting for Jason's answer. He started to laugh but I didn't think he was funny.

"I'll make you a deal. I'll give Annette to your husband in trade for you. You should think about this Annabel. Look at the bright side, at least your husband won't be dead or any of your children," then he started laughing harder.

I continued to cry at the thought of my family dead. Then Bella stepped in.

"Get out of her head you b*itch," Bella warned. Then she used her powers to get Jason out of my head.

"Thanks Bella," I told her. She was happy she could help me. I stood up and was about to change into my wolf form until Brandon grabbed my arm. I could tell by his face that he knew what I was planning on doing.
