Annette's P.O.V.
"Let my mother go!" I yelled to Fred.
"You know what I want Annette, if you come over here then I will let your mother go," Fred told me. Yea right! Like I'm going back to a life full of pure torture.
In stead I placed a shield around my mother before placing my hands behind my back and taking a couple steps back.
After I felt my hand on the tree I noticed the whole tree turned to a lovely shade of purple. Then I turned to everyone else and slowly closed my eyes.
Everything around me started to disappear until I felt nothing around me. I waited a few minutes before opening my eyes.
The tree showed me everything. It started showing me everything that happened to my mother when Richard first found out about her. That's how my grandpa died and my grandma must have already been dead. My mom then had to grown up with her aunt or my great-aunt.
I never knew what my mom went threw, being tortured and seeing Brandon dead twice. I'm glad that she had her aunt watching after her or else Brandon would have really been dead.
I was glad when Richard died but then I became scared at who killed him. Jason's father, and the only reason why Jason took me was because I reminded him of my mother. I looked so much like my mom.
When the tree showed me the part when me and Zander came into this world it showed my life and Zander's. Since my parents lost me, or so they thought, they were really over protective of Zander. Also cause Zander was next in line to be Alpha.
When my life got to the part I last remember it was the very first time Jason hurt me. I didn't know he was always torturing me. Every single day Jason would hurt me, slap, and kick me. Then got to the fun part when I started finding out about my parents.
Jason wanted either me or my mom and I knew that my dad would never let her go. Then the tree showed me Brandon dead in the forest while Jason was with my mom in the house in the upstairs room.
So that's why I was brought to the house, to try and remember my past.
Then when I walked upstairs my mom wouldn't listen to Jason and he took all of his anger out on me. How could I be such a fool and actually stay with him?
Jason threw punches at me and then kicked me in the face. I also discovered my little secret and how I killed Jason.
Then I was in the hospital. I must have lost so much blood that it made me loose my memory, and that nice kick in the face helped to. By the end I was crying. I didn't need to see this part all over again and I slowly took my hand off the tree.
I looked straight at Fred and said, "For the last time, LET MY MOTHER GO!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. I could see the fear in Fred's eyes.
But he dared to ask me, "Or else what?" I gave him a smirk before starting to say a spell. Then I launched the spell straight at Fred. When the spell hit him he let go of my mother and she ran to my father.
"If Jason gave you your powers, than I can take them away," I told Fred in a deep voice. It only took Fred one second to run out of the woods and away from me.
"Chicken," I mumbled. Then everyone else heard me and started laughing. Brandon and Annabel came over to me and then we all walked over to the tree.
"Hey Brandon, look. This is where we had our first date," my mom said. Then Brandon became shocked at how I knew that this tree was where they had their first date.
"I always knew that this tree was magical," Brandon told Annabel. Then Brandon gave Annabel a nice kiss on the lips. I was getting ready to gag along with Zander and Brian.
We all walked back towards the house. When we reached the house everyone was waiting for us outside.
"So Annette, how did you kill Jason?" my father asked me. I thought about what the tree showed me.
"When I was making Jason his food he wanted I put a spell on his sandwich. The spell made him human for only a while but in that while you were able to kill Jason. You were only able to kill Jason when he was mortal and after he ate the sandwich I gave him," I explained to everyone.
They all looked shocked but everyone was happy that he was gone. I was finally able to smile after everything that happened.
Jen came right next to me and started rubbing my arm with a smile on her face.
"I guess now you can have a life with your family and everyone else that cares about you," Jen told me.
I looked up at her and smiled while saying, "Yea, I guess my wish is finally completed."
Then my mother came to my other side and smiled down at me.
"I'm just glad to finally have my daughter back with me," my mother told me. I just had one question that I didn't know the answer to.
"Mom? Do you know what was up with the purple color every time I touched the tree?" I asked my mom.
"That tree is special, it has a connection with wolves and can help wolves out when they have problems. It helped Brandon out when he was trying to get me to go out with him. It was helping you remember your past and what you needed to know. That tree is nothing anyone has ever seen before," my mother explained.
"So the tree is magical?" I asked my mother.
Then my father came next to me along with Zander and Brian.
"Everything is magical. Magic is what fills the air. Magic will never go away and it can never leave someone's heart," my dad explained.
Then I looked to Brian. He was chuckling while I started laughing. Then we all headed inside and everyone went to bed because of the long day we all had.
My life didn't start out the way I wanted it to but in the end it turned out ok.
Me, Zander, and Brian continued school until we were finally done with school. I went to college while Zander traveled the world looking for his mate.
Zander finally found his mate when he turned twenty. Turns out she was also a werewolf and she was fine with Zander taking her away from her pack and bringing her to ours.
I got out of college and me and Zander both had a wedding the same day. We were both so very happy after we had married our mates.
I became a teacher for kindergartners and can I say that every single kid I had loved me. They all wanted me to be there mother but I always pretended with them. Zander and his mate Molly had a baby boy. They name him after our father, Brandon.
After five years of being married and being a teacher I was blessed with twin girls. I named my first one Annabel after my mom and Brian named the other Brittany after his mother.
No one dared to bother my family again and my children were safe when they were growing up. They spent lots of time with Jen, my parents, Brian's parents, and everyone else from the pack.
Nothing out of the ordinary except my family being werewolves and witches. I never let anything happened to my children and I was happy with the life I had. Even though my life didn't start out good that doesn't mean that my life is over.
When ever I was sad about my past Brian would tell me, "You might not have had a happy beggining, but that doesn't make you who you are. You are who you want to be, and no one can take that away from you."
My life was happy after I was away from Jason and my memory was restored. My life was simple and now I could enjoy it. I was a teacher, had my mate, and was blessed with two loving daughters. What more could a girl ask for? The answer is nothing.
