" Jessica please I can do this." I begged.

" I can't risk you getting hurt. No." She said while packing a few things.

" He doesn't even know I exist. Please. Having me by your side would make things 10 times easier."  I explained.

" you maybe right but I can't risk it." Jessica looked at me.

" I could be in the car with Trish. I don't even need to be by him. All I need is to be able to see him."

" what are the extent of your powers?" Trish asked.

I turned to Trish, " I can control the mind. I can make anyone see or feel anything I want." I back to Jessica, " I can make him believe he's in complete darkness. I can also make him believe his tongue has been cut out so then he can speak or command us at the same time. All you guys would have to do is grab him."

" I think we should do it." Trish said.

After awhile Jessica said, " fine, but you stay with Trish. Trish will make sure you have eye contact in him." She paused, " if this goes south, you get out of there, as fast as you can."

Trish shook her head.

" let's go." Jessica grabbed her bag and threw it over her shoulder and walked out of her apartment.

"All stations ready?" Jessica asked over our ear pieces."

" ready." Nuke said.

" ready." Luke said.

" you ready?" Trish asked.

" ready." I spoke.

" okay, (Y/N) do it." Jessica spoke.

I looked at Kilgrave and focused. I saw what I wanted him to see and feel and projected it on to him.

He looked around no reflection of the outside world showed in his eyes. He then proceeded to try to talk but couldn't.

Jessica, Luke, and Nuke grabbed him and carried him to Trish's van.

Once everyone was safe in the van, Trish drove off.

For once I got a real look at Kilgrave. His hair was nicely done. His eyes were wide open searching for light. His mouth opening and closing.

" how long can you keep him like this?" Jessica asked.

" the longest I've done this was for was 45 minutes. But the patient I did it for was in a very relaxed state. He's going to try fight me. For a stronger connection I can place my hands on his temples, I could do that for longer about 2 hours." I told Jessica.

" hopefully it won't come to that." Luke spoke.

" guys we got company!" Trish spoke. " this car has been following us since we left. I've taking a couple turns and their still on my ass."

" you got him?" Jessica asked.

" yeah. You guys go." I replied.

Trish pulled over. Luke, Nuke, and Jessica got out of the van and kicked the guys asses.

I felt my connection with Kilgrave became weaker. " Shit!" I grabbed his head and concentrated. I closed my eyes. I took his sense of hearing. I changed the darkness I was showing him to rain forest. I filled his hearing to the sound of birds chirping. " there, that should be more comfortable for him."

" comfort? (Y/N) this isn't about comfort." Trish explained.

" by comfort, I mean he should try to fight me so much. Would you try to fight the feeling of complete darkness and not being able to speak?" I asked.
