Chapter 9

We started to walk downstairs.
"I don't think jealous people will try and kill someone. Is she mentally ill or something!"
We both walk into the kitchen and I see Little Miss Crazy sitting on the couch with her arms crossed. Without warning I run behind Jack. She will try and kill me again! Are they not going to kick her out or something!? Jack gently pushes me back in front of him and leans his arm on my head, as I'm so short.
"She's fine now, don't worry Princess."
"Again, don't call me that."
"I'll figure out a nickname you like soon enough."
The boys were scattered across the room using their phones. Jonah and Zach were on the couch with Aspen. Corbyn and Daniel were on there phones sitting at the kitchen.
"What do you guys wanna do?"
Corbyn breaks the silence by asking.
"Swimming?"
Jack asks. Everyone disagreed, no one wanted to swim even I don't after what happened this morning.
"Let's go to the mall, it's close by anyways."
Daniel says. Were they going to let me go outside, what if I run? Jonah looks at me.
"I don't trust her yet."
"If you let me outside I'm running."
I push off Jacks arm from off my head and sit with Corbyn and Daniel.
"We can't do anything fun with Brat over here."
Aspen says, calling me brat, when she is the real impudent one here.
"Why are you calling me the brat when your the only brat here?"
Aspen gets up storms over to me. She gets in my face for only a second before Corbyn pushes her away from me.
"Don't try anything Aspen."
Aspen angrily walks off back to the couch. Corbyn whispers over to me.
"You know we won't hurt you, but Aspen, she's different she will kill you in a second. I'm just watching out for you Angel."
I think about it for a second, why would Aspen hurt me in the first place. Why is she even jealous of me? I look to Corbyn they were watching out for me, they really do like me?
"Corbyn, why are you watching out for me anyways?"
He looks away from his phone and smiles.
"Your special Angel, that's all I can say."
Daniel over hears our short conversation.
"Angel? I like that nickname, it suits you."
He also gives me a smile. I'll be nice to them and flash a quick smile. Corbyn and Daniel look shocked at me.
"What? You never seen a girl smile?"
Well, if Aspen is the only girl here I'm guessing not.
"No, we have never seen you smile before."
Corbyn says to me.
"You should smile more, it suits you well, Angel."
Daniel give me the cutest smile ever. Whoa, don't fall in love with these boys. Remember, they kidnapped you. They are your enemies.
