Love Never Gives Up (Changed) 1

Chapter Four

Lisa wakes up to someone knocking on her door. Lisa opens it to see who would be up this early. She looks and it's Chase with a grin on his face and says, "Did I wake the one and only sleeping beauty?" Lisa only sneers at Chase and asks with a smile, " Why yes you did and what do the horrible peasant want this time?" Chase pretends to be hurt and says, "Why my-my the princess is not very happy now would she like a good morning hug?" Lisa's face turns serious and says, "Weirdo." Chase and Lisa both break into a fit of laughter and giggles.

When they calm down, Lisa asks Chase, "You hungry?" He gives Lisa a quick smile and says, "Starving meh dear." Then they both break into a fit of laughter and giggles again. Trying to catch her breathe Lisa grabs Chase's hand, and Chase looks at her with a surprised look. Lisa tells Chase, "I need to get out of this hospital Chase if I might be able to remember the crash if I get out maybe I will know what happened to us."

Chase says with a grin that meant trouble, "When do you want to do it? Cause I'm all in." Lisa answers him, "Tonight." Chase and Lisa stand up and go and get some bagels and to talk more about this evening's plans. After they ate they went to theirs rooms got ready and met in the lobby, Chase says to Lisa, "So how or what are we doing?" Lisa answers him with a look in her eyes that Chase knew meant something. Lisa asked Chase, "So are you going to ask me?" Chase was shocked and trying to think what Lisa just asked him. Chase says, "Um Lisa will you go out with me?" Lisa nods her head "Yes." and smiles. She says, "Now do you still know your mom's phone number?" Chase puts his head down and says, "My mom thinks everyone died in that crash." Lisa was the one who was shocked this time she thought that Chase's mom thought he was still alive. So Lisa asks Chase this, "Any other family members that don't know about the crash?"

Chase says, "Not that I am aware of." Lisa said, "Oh. Any siblings?" Chase replies with a smile, "Nope, an only child." Lisa says, "Oh. What about your dad." Chase looks at Lisa and says, " I never knew my father he kinda well from what I can remember he kinda left my mom's and my life years ago." Lisa frowns and says again, "Oh." Then Lisa walks over to where the doors and she stare outside. Chase asks her, "Do you want to walk outside?" Right away Lisa turns around with a smile and says to Chase, "Yes that would make my day."

Chase and Lisa walk to the doors and Lisa pushes the door open holds it for Chase and then she runs out the other door. Lisa was leading the way and Chase following her. Lisa and Chase walking hand in hand, then Lisa stops in front of "Mike Sportsman's Bar and Salon." and asks Chase, "Did we ever eat here?" Chase replies, "Yeah we did a lot, you and I loved it." Lisa looks at the building again and says, "I kinda had a little flashback when Veronica and I walked past here." Chase turns his head so he's facing Lisa and says, "That wasn't a little flashback Lisa, that was a HUGE flashback, and if you never went passed here you would have never met me." Lisa doesn't say anything, but she only smiles.

Lisa and Chase are walking down the street and then Lisa hears someone calling her name. Lisa asks Chase if he heard that and he said, "No." I look behind me and see a woman running towards Chase and I. I tell Chase, " Chase is that Veronica?" Chase looks at her and says, "Yeah I think that's the one and only Veronica." I watch the woman closer, and I gasped it is Veronica. I let got of Chase's hand and start running to Veronica yelling her name.

When Veronica and I meet, I gave her a hug right away. I ask Veronica, "Where have you been?" Veronica replies, " After I brought you back to your room Dr. Gordon came to me before he checked on you and he said, "Get away from that poor girl and don't come by her again you risked her too much today and get out." Lisa was shocked she couldn't go back now because Dr. Gordon didn't want Lisa to remember everything too fast because of the "risks". Lisa told Veronica of Chase and Lisa running away and trying to figure out more about the crash, and Lisa told Veronica that Dr. Gordon that he got Lisa a new nurse named Morgan. Veronica says, "That's horrible...." She looks at Chase and me holding hands and just shakes her head. Veronica points at us, "Don't do anything stupid you two." I glance at Chase, and he did the same, and we both smile.

Veronica asked if they're hungry and we both say, "Yes starving." Veronica says, "Ok where do you want to go? I got some money with me, but I have like one billion dollars in my bank account." Chase and I are shocked we didn't know that Veronica had that much money saved up. Veronica asks Chase and I, "So where do you want to eat without being seen?" I answered first, "How bout a gas station? No one will care they will probably think Chase and I are siblings and you're our...."

I stop saying what I was about to say and Chase and Veronica knew what I was going to say so they didn't let me finish instead Chase pulls me into a hug, and I start to cry into his chest and holding onto him tight, and I can feel Veronica's sad eyes watching me hoping that I will be ok.

Veronica says to Chase saying that she will bring us to her house and she will get more food for us and see if anyone found about Chase and I running away. Chase nods his head yes as best he can because he was holding me with all his might. I finally lifted my head up and Chase was looking down at me with loving eyes. Then Chase says, "I Love You Lisa." I am trying to tell Chase I love him too, but only more sobs and more tears come out and Chase kisses my forehead, I rest my head back on his chest and Chase holds me tighter.

Chase tries to soothes me, "Shhh Baby Girl shhhhh you're going to be ok. I got you." I quiet down but is still holding on to Chase. I finally let go of Chase, and I say with a smile, I Love You way more Chase Wild." Chase smiles and says to Veronica, "Where do you live?" Veronica replies, " Just up the road." So we follow Veronica and she stops in front of this house it looked nice from my opinion. Chase wraps his arm around my waist and I lean into him. I say to Veronica, "Is this your house?" Veronica replies, "Yeah it is." We walk up the sidewalk and Veronica unlocks the door and walks in.

Veronica turns to Lisa and says, "I'll show you your room then I have to go." I wonder where Veronica has to go but she doesn't ask, instead Veronica shows me this...room.... I gasped it was so cool. The room had a couch plus a bed and a desk with a very cute lava lamp. I walk into the room and got a 360 square view it was so COOL!!!!. Veronica and Chase must have seen my face cause they both smile and laugh.

Veronica asks me, "So do you like it Lisa or no? Because I hope I got everything you liked." I can only smile at Veronica and Chase and I give them both a hug.
