Chapter 16- Not So Easy

Jezebel's Pov
He's forgiving me?

Why? It's been two weeks!

"Aiden that's wonderful. But I'm mad at you, I mean you called me weak and pathetic, you shot a gun at me, you were cold towards me!" I said remembering when he did all those things my sadness becoming into anger.

"I know and I'm sorry.. I forgiving you because I know. I know you didn't know about my grandmother, I know that you thought you had to do what you did, I know you didn't mean to hurt me. I mean it was intended at first but not anymore. Right?" He asked I nodded and pushed him away.

"Aiden I'm still mad. Plus! It's not like we were ever supposed to be friends! Or even worse together! Aiden! I am Susan Pari's daughter! We were destined to be rivals!" I yelled looking at Aiden. He looked sad, now he can feel my pain.

"Ella.. You don't mean that" he said his voice breaking a little, it's been so long since he's called me Ella.. Snap out of it Jezebel! I looked at him and shook my head and walked away from him up to my room again. Half of it was in the car and the other half in here. I might as well stay here if he isn't mad at me anymore. I sighed and got up going to my cat getting everything back in my room. I organized everything and laid down exhausted. Soon my eyes started getting heavy but before I could go to sleep my door opened.

"Ella... Please forgive me" Aiden's broken voice said, I frowned and covered my face with a pillow ignoring him. I hope he knows this isn't going to be so easy.

Aiden's Pov
The only reason I'm forgiving her is because we found out that Jezebel didn't want to do any of this stuff, one of her fathers men that are actually one of our men undercover told us that she didn't know about grandma and that she did want to spy on us at first but she slowly started not wanting to. I should have let her explain instead of acting like a total piece of crap to her.

"Ella. Please don't ignore me.." I said and walked more into her room so I was beside her bed. She didn't respond but merely took the pillow off her face and rolled to the other side. I mumbled profanities under my breath and sat on the bed. I must admit I'm attracted towards her. I want to marry her, she is so beautiful inside and out even though she did ruin one of our shipments.

"Please stop ignoring me." I said one last time trying to get her to answer me, she only grumbled and I sighed getting up and heading to the kitchen. I got a glass of milk and a cookie and headed to my room to lay down and think. When I made it to my room I sat my plate and glass on my night stand going to my closet to change out of these clothes. Ella and my dance when we did it.. It was amazing! I felt an even stronger connection with her. She is a wonderful dancer. And the meaning she described it was beautiful.

I sighed dismissing all my thoughts and picking my plate up taking a bit of the cookie. I grabbed my remote and turned on the news to see that the news finally learned that dads gang and Ella's dads gang is trying to make a treaty. God people are so stupid. Most of the cops and authorities don't mess with us because dad is too powerful to be messed with. I turned off the tv and sat my plate back on my night stand just as my door opened. It was Ella and she looked determined.

"Your family killed my mother for no reason plus I'm a pathetic weak girl, so don't expect us to be friends even if we have to be married" Jezebel said I looked at her blankly this is my fault I pushed her away I said all those things I acted cold towards her. She looked at me and you could see the slightest speck of emotion and its was sadness. I shook my head and looked at her. She rolled her eyes and started to walk out but I stopped her.

"Oh Ella.. We will be more than friends and there is noting you can do about it" I said and grabbed her arm and threw her on my bed and smirked down at her innocent face.

"A-Aiden! What are you doing?" She asked her voice quivering a little. I looked at her and crawled on top of her and held her hands to her sides.

"Ella. I'm attracted towards you, I won't lie, and I'm sorry for everything I did. I'm sorry I didn't give you a chance to give me an explanation. Please forgive me. And please" I said looking at her big doe eyes and took her hands in mine. "Give this a chance?" I asked and she looked shell shocked. She was nervous I could tell by the way she was acting. She looked at my  lips and licked hers. I couldn't hold back anymore.

I smashed my lips in hers taking her by surprise. She soon kissed me back, I released her hands and put them on the sides of her face while her hands were in my hair. The kiss just became more passionate from there, we finally pulled back breathless. I smiled at her and she gave me a small smile back her cheeks were flushed. She gave me a small nod, I smiled and laid next to her wrapping my arms around her. And she did the same, it was about around 9 so she fell asleep easily. I smiled at her sleeping form and kissed her head and then I let sleep consume me.
