A few weeks pass and Jack and I are still training with Caspian, all I can think about is Endora and what she's planning. It's been a while since I've had another attack, I can't help but wonder how bad the next encounter with her will be. We have been training in Jade forest at different locations, some spots with water and other without water so I can water bend water where it is not visible like in plants and in some cases right out of thin air. Jack has been working on his swords play with Caspian and I've been training with Basil and Bay, they use their nature powers to throw leaves at me and I whip them out of the way with a stream of water. They would also shoot vines at me and I would swipe the water to slice the vines, plus they would try to grab me with the vines to help increase my speed by avoiding them. By the end I started to get tired and Basil managed to wrap a vines around my ankle causing me to fall down, he immediately released the vine and ran over to me.
"I'm so sorry princess I didn't mean to." He said helping me up but as he held my arm he let go as I stood up afraid he wasn't supposed to touch me.
"It's fine Basil, this is why we are here, to train." I reassured him. He smiled then backed away and ran off with Bay.
"Well I guess training is over for today." I said.
"You have improved, the both of you." Caspian said smiling at Jack and me.
"Well we have a good teacher." Jack said.
"Thank you." Caspian said giving a little bow.
"So how you feeling?" Jack asked walking over to me and standing inches from me.
"Good. How are you feeling?" I whispered.
"Good." Jack whispered back. "Can I ask you something?" He asked.
"Ya sure." I answered.
"You know I love you right?" He stated.
"Yes and I love you." I said smiling up at him.
"I know but the thing is that your parents won't let you marry anyone but a prince. I can't imagine my life without you and I can't let you go no matter what anyone says, I will fight for our love." Jack confessed.
"I will deal with my parents, I'll convince them to change their minds, I will fight too." I said.
"You are so cute when you act tough." Jack teased.
"Ya so watch out." I said reaching around him pulling him closer to me. He chuckled then leaned down and kissed me on the lips. As our lips touched they sizzled and the heat intensified. He started to run his fingers through my hair as I did the same to his hair. Suddenly our moment was cut short when Caspian cleared his throats behind us, we broke away from each other and stared into space.
"Um I can explain." I stuttered.
"No need princess. I know true love when I see it and I won't get in the way of it, plus it would be dishonourable to ruin the princess's happiness." Caspian said.
"Thanks, and please don't say anything." I pleaded.
"I won't. The kingdom will know when you are ready to tell them." Caspian said.
"I appreciate that. Speaking of which, I need to tell my parents that I want to be with Jack but they want me to be with a prince to keep the royal blood line going. What do you think I should do?" I asked.
"Well I would tell them how you truly feel and hope that your happiness is more important to them then status." Caspian suggested.
"It's worth a shot." Jack said.
"Ok I'll tell them today, thanks." I said.
"My pleasure." Caspian said with a little nod. "Well we better call it a day and start again tomorrow." Caspian said grabbing the swords.
