a new spinoff show "girl group" (based off the show "boy band") has been created and in the works. the contestants on boyband play a large role in the girls lives. read to find out what happens!
my alarm wakes me up by scaring me at 7 am. today is show day, but i also have to say bye to jay today. once i fully wake up, i run to nicolette's room and knock on her door. "hey hun! nic is right here" her mom, karen, says pointing to nicolette who is sitting on the bed. "hey g! woah i've never called you that. can i? it's shorter." nic says. "yeah sure whatever floats your boat but come on we have to go see jay." i say, sticking my hand out for her to grab. "alright lets go"
when we get to their floor, we see that their door is open so we walk right in. "hey girls if you're looking for jay, he is in michaels room" jay's mom, jodi, says. "okay thanks!" nic says as we run to michael's room. when we get there, we run right in. "hey hi we're here and we're not leaving" i say breathless from sprinting. "i'm not either" jay says and nic and i look at him extremely confused. "wha" nic says lost. "something went weird with my flight but i'm leaving tomorrow instead" jay says smiling. nic and i both scream with excitement. "YAY YAY YAY YAY" we both scream and jump. jay and michael soon join in, mocking our excitement. "you know what smith?" i say jokingly. "anyway i haven't done anything productive while i've been here so can we go to the gym?" i ask. "ew gym i hate the gym and anything related to the gym. sports ew working out ew everything ew" nicolette says disgusted. "how the fuck are you so skinny?" i ask laughing. "i'll come i haven't been in a while either" michael says and jay seconds the statement.
after a little over an hour of going on the treadmill, and having nic watch us while on her phone, we decide to go upstairs. we race to the elevator and of course jay wins since his legs are longer than all of me. the boys walk us to our rooms from the elevator since we are a floor below them. "bye baby see you tonight" i say to michael, wrapping my arms around his neck area while standing on my tippy toes. "bye cutie you're gonna kill it. i love you" he says, bringing me in closer, placing his hand on my waist. "i love you too" i say smiling and i peck his lips. "i'm gonna scoot so you can get ready. good luck" he says tapping my toosh and i give him in return an ugly smirk. my mom and i both take quick showers and i change into leggings and another tshirt. as you can tell, i put a lot of effort into my outfits. we have fifteen minutes to spare so i throw my hair into a pony tail and run over to the closest starbucks to get drinks for me and my mom. i get us both a strawberry acai refresher and run to meet all the girls and moms in the car to go to the studio. when we get out of the car, we see about ten fans already waiting outside the studio. "hey guys!" rianna kinda sorta screams and she gets a chorus of hey's and hi's back. "can we get pictures with you guys?" one of the girls ask. "yeah of course! if you guys can please line up in a line and we'll go down the line and get pictures with everyone" i say back. only my group is here since we are the ones performing tonight, the other girls are coming in an hour. i go down the line and i'm about the take a picture with the last girl. "hey what's your name?" i ask. "sofia" "that's my mom's name!" i say overly excited and then pose for a selfie. "thank you so much for coming!" i say hugging her. "no thank you for everything i've been a fan since you had around 2000 followers and now you have almost 20000 and its crazy! you're so talented and if you don't make it into the group i'm gonna explode" sofia says. "please don't explode that wouldnt be very fun. thank you so much for supporting me! do you have an instagram account?" "oh yeah. well i have a fanpage it's @/soaringjules" she says turning slightly red. "post the pictures and i'll look for them and follow you when i'm in the makeup chair" "okay thank you so much! love you!" "love you too!" that was so awesome, i love meeting fans! when we get inside the studio, we do a quick run through of our performance then get hair and makeup. the lady curls my hair and puts it in a high ponytail.

we all wear naturalish makeup, it looks natural on tv but pretty nasty in person not gonna lie. we all change into the outfits soyon, our stylist, gives us. we are all wearing outfits inspired by demi lovato's music video. i'm wearing ripped light denim jeans, a white shirt, a gold jacket and white adidas super stars.

the rest of the girls come to the studio and come backstage. as i am checking my phone, we get told that people are being let in. i see that i have a text from my dad, my brother, and maria. i open the text from my dad first since i haven't spoken to him in a while.
dad : hi honey i finally got my phone fixed i forgot if i already told you🤣 good luck tonight! be sure to look out to the crowd!! lots of love❤ giuliana : hey dad! thank you and i will!! love u❤

nick : sister sister good luck tonight i know you're going to crush it! be sure to look out! giuliana : thank u broder! why did u and dad tell me to look out?? nick : well sometimes you don't
one of the first things i learned during theater was to never look down and i've never had a problem with it. confused, i go to answer maria.
maria : hey buddy maria : bud maria : hi maria : hey maria : you're gonna kill it maria : i love u maria : i'll be screaming maria : maybe you'll here it this time giuliana : hey giuliana : hi bud giuliana : i love u giuliana : there's a strong possibility i won't giuliana : but i'll listen for u
and with that, we get called to stage. we say hi to some fans that are towards the front and then go to where the boys usually sit. i look to my right and i see the boys right next to us! not all of them are here but michael, jay, mikey, brady, drew and jaden are. since it's just my group performing tonight, we don't have an opening number. after rita opens the show and introduces the architects, a clip from rehearsal plays. clips from rehearsal with tim, adam and nappytabs play. we got really good choreography but it's kind of hard to sing during it. after many hours of rehearsing it, we got it down. while watching the clip and remembering how much fun i had this week, i realize that one girl in my group is going home. i've become pretty good friends with all the girls in my group since we spent many many hours together this week. no matter who goes home, i will miss them so much.
