Jade's P.O.V

I arrived back to the loft, feeling not so well. My stomach was aching. I didn't know what was happening. That pain was unexplainable. It hurt more than breaking a bone, and instead of healing but instead, it hurt me more the longer time passes. I decided to walk back to the car and drove to the hospital.

'Hello?' Derek answered his phone when I called him.

"Derek, where are you? I'm not feeling well." I got closer to the hospital. I was losing my mind because of that pain. I had to drive to the hospital, I knew I couldn't  stay in the loft with that amount of immense pain.

'I'm at the hospital, what's going on?'

"What? Why are you there?" He told me he was looking for Satomi's pack, what is he doing in the hospital?

'I'll tell you when I meet you. You're coming to the hospital, right?'

"Yes." I replied. I don't understand why he's not telling me what he's doing here. He can simply answer me while we're on the phone. Now this, along with the pain in my stomach, was driving me insane.I felt uneasy at heart.

'I'm waiting for you,' I parked my car and when I was done, exited it, and walked as fast as I could to the hospital.

"I'm here." I informed him, then hung up. I couldn't bare the pain anymore. I need to make it stop as fast as I can. "Excuse me," I asked one of the nurses there. "Where's Melissa McCall?"

"Jade." I heard someone call me. I turned around and saw Melissa behind me. I walked to her, but almost tripped down because of the pain until I felt someone gripping my waist from behind, right before I reached the floor, and helped me stand up again.

"We need a room for her." I heard Derek's voice. He was the one that helped me. Thank God he got to me so quickly.

"Follow me." Melissa told him and Derek helped me walk with him after Melissa.

"What's going on, Jade?" Derek asked me. His face was full of worries, but I feel like it wasn't just because of me.

"I can ask the same. Is everything okay? Why are you here?" He smiled at me as I winced in pain.

"I'm okay. After I left to find Satomi's pack, I found Braeden there, dying. I helped her get to the hospital, and then you called." Melissa stopped next to a room and we entered it. Derek helped me lie down on the bed, and I felt the pain grow.

"So, what's going on here?" Melissa asked. I wish I knew.

"I don't know, but I feel strong pain in my stomach and it's not healing." I answered. Melissa tilted he head in confusion. Oh, I forgot she doesn't know I'm pregnant, or else why would I be here and not at Deaton's?

"She's carrying our child." Derek added.

"Okay, I can run an ultrasound and check what's going on with your fetus." I nodded, and she began. She put on the gel and began. "It looks fine. We can't see a body or a face, but we can see that it's okay." I felt the pain growing stronger than before. Derek was holding my hand, trying to calm me down and to take some of the pain. Little did he forget that... He can't do that anymore. I squeezed his hand harshly, almost breaking it since I forgot he was losing his powers too. I was so close to screaming from pain. My body had reached a new level of heat. "Wait. It's moving."

"What?" Derek and I asked together.

"I don't know what to say, but it moved." Is there a possible way that its trying to shift inside my stomach? Isn't it too early? This is nuts. Maybe the fact that its a hybrid might make the sutuation more dangerous? The pain was soothing. I stopped holding Derek's hand, but he didn't allow me to let go and continued taking the pain, or at least the very small amount of it that he could. "Am I supposed to worry or that it's a werewolf thing?"
