2. Shopping with an Emo

I'm sorry this is so late!

Answer: Roswell, Veronica Mars, EyeCandy, Tru Calling, and Lie to Me. At least those are big ones but I have so many! I have a problem with picking fringe shows!

"Magnus, I don't need anything." Alec said as he looked at the mall. There were so many people and he was feeling entirely too overwhelmed and he wasn't even out of the car yet.

"Alexander, it will be fun." Magnus touched his cheek. "How about we make a deal?"

"It depends on what the deal is." Alec smiled.

"You can pick an outfit for me as long as you behave yourself." Magnus leaned forward and kissed Alec. 

"Can it be anything?" Alec asked with a spark of excitement in his eyes.

"Anything." Magnus nodded and kissed him again.

"Then, what are we waiting for. Let's go." Alec jumped out of the car and lead the way to the mall with Magnus's hand in his. "I've never been inside before." 

"What?" Magnus opened the door." How is that possible?"

"This is Izzy's kind of place, not mine." Alec walked inside and was hit by the overwhelming smell of pretzels and orange chicken. "I'm starving. Are you starving?"

Magnus chuckled and gently tugged on Alec's hand to get him to keep walking. People were getting annoyed waiting for them to go inside. Magnus pulled Alec to the side and let him take in the whole place. He was proud of himself for picking the right entrance. Food was always a good way to get Alec interested in something.

"Should we get a pretzel and shop, then we can get some dinner?" Magnus offered. 

"Yes, you're the best!" Alec kissed Magnus's cheek and then stood there against the wall.

"Alec, don't you want to go?" Magnus raised an eyebrow at him.

"Right," Alec took a step forward. "There are just so many people. Can't you just like, you know, make them disappear?"

Magnus chuckled. "Come on, it's not that bad." He pulled Alec away from the wall and the shadowhunter groaned but followed him reluctantly. 

"All I've gotta say is that it better be a damn good pretzel." Alec snickered. 

"It will be." Magnus ordered two pretzels and then gave one to Alec as they started towards the stores.

"Okay, this is pretty good." Alec smiled.

"Pretty good?" Magnus teased and made a pointed look at Alec's already half eaten treat.

"Oh, look at that place!" Alec got distracted by the store that was playing some metal band song. The windows were full of black and brightly colored outfits.

"Of course, Hot Topic is the place you pick." Magnus shook his head as they walked inside.

"Oh, I like these and that, oh and those." Alec started picking up black shirts and pants by the handful. 

"Woah, slow down. If you got all of these your wardrobe would be more than doubled." Magnus pointed out. 

"Isn't that a good thing?" Alec asked him.

"Well, yeah except it would still look exactly the same." Magnus smiled. "Not that I care. I'd be happy if all you wore as a flower crown." 

"Never gonna happen." Alec said. 

"We'll see." Magnus smirked and planned to make Alec go to Claire's or Icing. 

"Oh, I know what outfit I want you to get." Alec jumped and then pointed at the manikin. 

"Really?" Magnus looked at the ripped, red jeans with black leggings underneath and the black vest with a collar and a red tank top underneath. He loved it but he knew that if Alec knew that he'd pick something different. 

"Yes. Oh and you're buying my clothes too right?" Alec gave him a sweet, innocent smile. 

"You'll owe me." Magnus smiled back at him.

"I think we can come up with a payment."  Alec smiled and winked. 

"I suppose so." Magnus paid for his clothes and they walked outside.

"Now, we're going to my stores!" Magnus pulled on Alec's arm and Alec's eyes got huge. 

"There's more?"
