Ch. 3. Y/n I'm so sorry.

You guys got in Tony's car. You were nervous and so was Peter. What was Aunt May gonna say? What happened to who? Tony was driving and you and Peter sat in the back. Your head rested on Peters shoulder and Peter played with your hair. You guys arrived at Peters apartment your parents would be home in about 2 hours you didn't know what you were gonna tell them about your whole being a superhero thing but that wasn't the problem now. Peter bursted through the door.

Peter: Aunt May! Aunt May! Aunt May!
Aunt May: in here

Peter ran in the room you and Tony followed.

Peter: thanks Mr. Stark but you can leave if you want.
Tony: OK kid take care, and see you y/n
Peter: OK Aunt May. What!! Happened to What!! Who!! Where !! When!!!
Aunt May: Peter, y/n um... Take a seat, y/n your parents um... Their plane didn't make it back to queens.
You: Wait what does that mean.

You turned and looked at Peter your eyes tearing up. Peter put his a hand on your thigh. You pushed it off and jumped up.
You: So... Um.... They're dead.
Peter: Y/n I'm so sorry.
You: P-Peter what do I do
Aunt May: Honey we will find you a nice home. Do you have any family here.
You: N-no
Tony: Wait I'll adopt her.
Peter: Mr.- Mr.Stark I thought you left
Tony: No I just stood in the other room I had to know, but I'll adopt her.

You turned and looked at Tony he was blurry because of the tears in your eyes.

Aunt May: Tony it's not that easy
Tony: It is when you're me
You: Wait, really you would
Tony: Yah yah I would
You looked at Peter he saw the pain in your eyes he sat on the couch you went and sat by him. Then he laid down and parted the couch in front of him motioning for you to curl up there. You did.
Peter: ( he whispered in your ear) it will be okay it will all be okay.

His warm breath on your neck made you fall asleep immediately.

Aunt May: Wait when did this happen.
Peter: Uh... Long story

Peter snuck out from behind you then laid a blanket over you. He went to his room. When you woke up you screamed because Peter was gone. Peter dashed in.

Peter: its okay, its okay I'm here what was it a bad dream.
You: No, Peter I thought I lost you too

He teared up as he slowly watched you break to pieces.

Peter: I will just be grabbing something from my room I'll be right back.

He returned with a cute little bear. And set it beside you.

You: What this for
Peter: I won this at a carnival a few years back and now even when I'm not around you will always have a piece of me with you.
You: Peter Thank You so much I truly do love you.

Then Tony burst through the door.

Tony: Hey y/n pack up your moving in now, Where's Aunt May?
Peter: Okay first of all how did you gain custody that fast.
Tony: I know a guy.
Peter: Um OK? And Aunt May is helping out with y/n's parents funeral.
Tony: why isn't y/n helping? 
Peter: does she look in the best shape to do that.

They both looked at you. You looked miserable u were in peters baggy shirt and sweatpants because Tony had cut your shirt open and you don't even know what they did to your pants. You had bags under your eyes and your face was pale.

Tony: Okay y/n this is gonna be a weird transformation for the both of us but I have adopted you so I'm technically your dad I can't replace your other dad in anyway so don't think that I am but call me dad from now on okay.
You: OK I can do that.

Tony drove you and Peter to your house where you packed you were getting to feel better. When you had finished packing you guys loaded up and yo headed to Tony's place. Tony showed u a nice room it was huge you unpacked witch surprisingly didn't take that long. Then you sat on you bed Peter walked over to you and sat next to you then you guys looked at each other and he grabbed the back of head pulling you closer to him. He laid you down he started kissing you not his normal soft ones theses were hard and meaningful then you felt his tongue slip in your mouth you allowed it. Then you took off his shirt reveling his abs you ran your hand down them then he pulled your shirt off. Then Tony walked in.

Tony: Oh God please say it not what I think
Peter: you wish (  he said panting )
