You tripped over your feet after a particular rough shove caused by the unwavering strength of Wyvern. Your sword harshly clashes against the ground with a loud metallic sound and you followed shortly after. The chains resting on your wrists and legs tighten, leaving you little to no will to even stand up.

Wyvern looms over you. Illuminating purple eyes stare you down—it's cold and harsh. It's enough to produce shivers down your nonexistent spine.

Your foot slightly moved away from the tall figure, behind the red line.

"One point to Wild Wyvern! The score is now one-to-one!"

You spun your heel and willfully ignored the sensation of something happening somewhere below your foot as you darted toward Wyvern for the final time. Wyvern growls and sucked in a deep breath upon spinning his polearm to create a shield. With the help of the purple energy spheres providing him with a sturdier barrier, Wyvern waits and prepares for a head-on attack.

You delivered the strongest blow you can as your own blue spheres wrap themselves around the sharp ends of the sword. As the two weapons made contact, the collision caused a bright light to blind both fighters and an explosion ruptured. You shut your eyes as tight as you can to prevent any sort of pain in your eyes, and the next thing you knew, the chains around your wrists and legs tightened.

You let out a frustrated sigh, "Dang. . .!" You hissed quietly.

Wyvern's weapon made you snap open your [e/c] eyes and widened upon seeing Wyvern's body also firmly stuck on the floor. Eyes glaring at you with such distaste before eyeing down something glowing under your heel.

"Simultaneous Spin Finish. It's a draw!"

Like an eagle diving to catch its prey, you waste no time in observing Wyvern this time around. Just as you rushed into this, Wyvern immediately dragged the tip of his polearm around him in a circle, commanding the purple orbs to cover him and protect him by forming a quick shield to reflect your attack.

Your sword, because of your fast attack, made a cut within the purple shield. Wyvern grunts, forced to retreat a few feet after seeing the tear as he strategically swung his weapon around with just as much strength as before. You, however, were relentless. Previously, you lingered around, watching—observing, what he'd do next and how. Seeing how you've completed your quick analysis, Wyvern could be read like a book to you. Like a snake slithering around its prey, wondering where they'll bite first.

Wyvern lowers his polearm. It was his way to gain momentum and strength, you remembered. You took a deep breath then quickly picked up your sword to deflect his weapon. The scrapping, metallic sounds fall on deaf ears since the two of you were so engulfed within your zones. You pushed with all your might against his polearm before tossing his only defense to the side.

Wyvern's face flashes a look of panic for the first time. A sense of pride swells within your chest.
