"Okay, boys and girls!" The host began to introduce the next round of the battle. "For the Block A semi-finals, Beasts has a lead of one to zero!" Ouch, that slightly hurt [Name]'s ego. "Let's move on to the second bladers!" Everyone's attention snapped up towards the large screen. Wakiya's profile appeared as he was introduced. "For the Beigoma Academy BeyClub, it's Komurasaki Wakiya!" The screen switched to another. "For Beasts, it's Sakurajima Youga!"
Wakiya went ahead and walked on forward. His confident walking quickly showed how much of an ego this guy has. Nonetheless, [Name] and Valt cheered for their teammate.
"Wakiya, give it your all!" Valt encouraged.
"You can do it! Win it for us!" [Name] cupped her lips with her hands to make her shouting louder.
"If you get Burst, I'll kick your ass, got it?!" Rantaro swore while keeping a smile.
[Name] found this unfair, "Wait, how come Kumicho gets to swear but not me?!" She huffed as she crossed her arms. The rest of the group found this to be funny as they let out small chuckles.
Wakiya overheard the entire conversation and sighed. "Jus' who d'ya think you're talkin' to?" The referee swung his arm in the middle of the stadium.
"Second battle!"
Both teens get in their respective positions. One is confident, while the other one is determined. Wakiya smirked as his opponent began to brag about his own team's victory.
"I'll fan my Bey's flames higher." Youga teased.
"I'll show ya jus' how strong Wyvern is." Wakiya sneered.
"Ready, Set!"
"Three!"
"Two!"
"One!"
"Go, Shoot!"
At an instant, Wyvern makes a beeline to the middle. Claiming it as its territory while watching its opponents like a hawk. This seemed familiar to her since Wakiya had used this move on her before. It was the Shield Crush, and it seemed to be coming at him strongly.
"Meet him head-on!" Youga commanded. His tanned colored Bey headed straight towards the purple one. Knocking it back a few inches once contact was made. This was exactly what Wakiya wanted.
"Gotcha!" Wakiya grinned, "Shield Crush!" Wyvern stopped at a certain place before zooming back twice as hard. "Knock him out!" It wasn't until Wyvern added pressure to the wound to make Youga's Bey Burst in an instant. Youga stammered over his words as he couldn't believe that he was crushed that easily.
