chapter nine

rachel is at home getting ready she and sebastian are having their date tonight kurt and blaine are having the twins.

however as kurt and blaine are both working shifts at the diner until seven pm the twins are still home as she gets ready.

while sean is happily reading comics on the couch in the living room sofia is to excited to do anything as rachel sits at her dressing table curling her hair sofia is stood watching her a big smile on her face.

" you ok sweetie" rachel asked

sofia nodded and walked over and rested her head on rachel's shoulder nd let out a sigh rachel placed her hwnd on her daughters cheek and turned and kissed her forehead.

" its so romantic " sofia sighed

" shall i let you in on a littke secret" rachel said the resemblance of sebastian in sofia was undeniable as the mischievous grin spread across her daughters face.

" yeah " sofia said

" im as excited as you are " rachel said

" well ofcourse you are its daddy he is your prince" sofia said very matter of factly.

" so are you looking forward to staying at your uncle's " rachel asked

" no" sofia said

" no" rachel enquired

" well i am but i would much rather know what you and daddy are doing" sofia said rachel couldnt quite look at her daughter.

sean came hurtling into thr bedroom and threw himself on the bed grinning happily.

" what have i told you about jumping on beds" rachel said

" you told me not to" sean said

" then why do it" rachel asked thpugh she was smiling she hadnt stopped smiling all day.

" because im just to excited" sean said

" honestly " rachel giggled

" you look like a princess" sean said getting off the bed and walking over to her.

" thank you sweetheart" rachel said as there was a knock on the door

" that will be uncle kurt" rachel said

" do we have to go now i wanted to see daddy" sofia said

" i will tell him to call in next door to see you" rachel said

" fine" sofia said as rachel went to open the door.

" hey there" kurt said giving her a smile.

" hi kurt" rachel said

" so kids uncle blaine is baking a cake and he as requested his two fravorite helpers" kurt said

" bye mom" the twins said together havig gotten their things and after a rushed kiss they ran out of the apartment to next door.

" bye" rachel called after them

" so you and meerkat giving things another go" kurt said smiling at her.

" i know its crazy " rachel said smiling

" no its not i think if we are to be honest we can say its about time " kurt said taking her hand and giving it a squeeze.

" thank you " rachel said given it was kurt it meant alot to her as he hadnt been very supportive the first time she and sebastian had dated.

" i know i wasnt hppy the first time i couldnt help it i didnt like him back then but he is a good man and a great father. looking back those few months you guys were together you were happier than i can recall you ever been. i want you to be happy rachel. plus brace yourself rachel he might actually be the hottest man alive aside from my blaine ofcourse" kurt said

" i knew you fancied him" rachel giggled

" i didnt at first but i remember when you and i lived together at the loft and he stayed over he forgot to take a towel with him when he went for a shower. he  came out of the bathroom just a i walked in i have to say i can see the appeal" kurt said

" you finally admitted it" rachel said

" yeah anyway i will leave you to finish getting ready though you already look beautiful have a good time with him at dinner and afterwards plus blaine and i plan to take the twins to central oark tomorrow there is a fun fair there atvthe moment. so if you two don't get much sleep you cn sleep in the morning" kurt said rachel was blushing.

" thank you kurt" rachel said

" ok well then good luck barbra" kurt said hugging her before leaving rachel felt butterflies in her tummy she looked at the living room clock forthy minutes and he would be here she rushed to her room to finish off getting ready.
