chapter twenty nine

rachel and sebastian were now laid in bed cuddled up to happy to sleep they were reminiscing about their earlier relationship and the twins growing up.

" thank heavens our kids are crafty" sebastian said

" i was just thinking that" rachel said

"  thought i had missed my chance" sebastian said rachel turned to look at him.

" so did i" rachel said

" so we have both spent the past decade believing that the other had moved on yet we both hadnt " sebastian said

" though we have both had numerous stupid relationships" rachel said

" i only started dating because you did i wanted to prove i was over you" sebastian said

" i only started dating in the first place to prove to you i didnt need you" rachel admitted.

" we really are a stubborn pair " sebastian chuckled.

" yeah thats whybit tuck our equal determined children to get us to realise" rachel said

" plus we need to be together to deal with them when they hit their teen years i was bad enough and you were a force to be reckoned with and their twins its going to be interesting" sebastian said

" it already is interesting i mean do they seriously think we can get married in six weeks" rachel giggled.

" i thougt they were crazy when they first said it lsst night but the more i think about it i think its not so crazy i meant what i said i cant wait i can to marry you " sebastian said before kissing her.

" so are you saying you want to get married on your birthday " rachel asked

" im saying if anyone can pull of planning a wedding at such short notice its us so what do you say miss berry are you ready to become mrs smythe in six weeks" sebastian said

" i would have to say yes i am" rachel said

" its going to be hectic but im so happy " sebastian said

" its is going to be hectic its also going to be a testing time given sofia wants to be involved in the planning aanf you know kurt will then there is my dads" rachel said

" they know by the way" sebastian said

" my dads " rachel asked

" well yeah i had to get their permission didnt i" sebastian said stroking her arm.

" when did you see them " rachel asked confused as her dads hadnt been to new york for a few months.

" i phonee them it was a rather interesting phone call" sebastian said

" i bet what did they say" rachel asked

" well your dads love me dont they so they were more than happy to give me their blessing it was slightly awkward when hiram said he was so happy that his princess was going to be married to a very attractive man like me. " sebastian said rachel giggled it was true her dads both thought sebastian was gorgeous which he is.

" yeah they always have been impressed by you" rachel said

" well i can believe that" sebastian chuckled

" does anyone else know" rachel asked

" my parents santana and thad " sebastian said

" how does santana know" rachel asked surprised.

" well i was worried it might be to soon so i asked her advice she is as you know always brutally honest " sebastian said

" what did she say" rachel asked

" she told me not to keep you waiting" sebastian said

" what have your parents said about it" rachel asked

" well they were involved in getting us to date  plus the day the twins and i were playing golf with my dad sofia asked me if i was going to marry you and i said one day. sean then asked if he could help choose the ring my dad let slip that i had bought you one. so ofcourse my parents being of a very subtle nature they frequently asked me if i had thought about proposing. plus i had to ensure thatvthey didnt turn up tonight as i wanted it to be just the fpur of us" sebastian said

" and thad" rachel asked

" he noticed my excited mood at work today so i told him" sebastian said

" kurt and blaine dont know though " rachel asked

" oh no  i couldnt trust kurt not to blab i havent told blaine but i have a feeling he might have an inkling though" sebastian said

" i cant believe it" rachel said looking at the ring on her finger.

the next morning

rachel woke up cuddled up to sebastian who was awake and smiling at her she smiled at him before thry began kissing which lead to a fairly heated make out session until...

" can you hear anything" sofia's voice was heard through thr bedroom door rachel and sebastian smiled at each other.

" no maybe they are still asleep " sean said.

" should we make breakfast  for them " sofia was heard asking sean.

" no"  sean replied

" why not" sofia asked

" if their asleep let them sleep" sean said

" we should make coffee though daddy needs coffee" sofia said rachel saw sebastian beaming at that comment.

he put his fi ger to his lips begore quickly but quietly getting out of bed and walking to the closed bedroom door before opening it to reveak both twins stood directly outside the door.

"good morning " sebastian said

" did we wake you" sean asked

" no sweetheart " rachel said

" shall we make breakfast " sofia asked

" i have a better idea why dont you two get into bed with mom and i mke us some pancakes and we all have breakfast in bed" sebastian said

the twins didnt answer they simply ran past him and got into the bed cuddling up to rachel.

" wont be long" sebastian said leaving the bedroom.

" morning" sofia said grabbing rachel's hand to look at the ring.

" mornig sweetheart " rachel said

" when i first woke up i thought it was a dream but its not its real" sofia said

" so did i" rachel said
