Wednesday

sebastian is at his place in his room geting ready which is easier said than done asnthe twins are at his and his parents are here to watch them.

he is excited for tonight he has it all worked out a nice meal then dancing he knows what rachel likes and he wants tonight to be her Night.

has he checks his mulberry coloured shirt is not creased he takes a deep breath and leaves his room the hushed silence from the living room was exactly whatvhe was expecting.

" well dont you look noce" his father charles said

" thank you " sebastian said

" daddy have you given any thought to our suggestions " sofia asked

" well while they were great ideas i dont think tonight is the right time to propose" sebastian said sofia frowned

" you cant rush these things sweetheart" charles said stroking sofia's cheek as she looked upset

" then why did you help us give him idea of how to ask her" sean pipe up charles chuckled

" dont listen to them seb you enjoy yourself tonight you have waited long enought to getvto this stage so just have fun and say hello to rach from us" his mom maggie said.

" thank you right then i best be going" sebastian said

" will you be home tongiht or..." charles said

" you know it doesnt matter if gour teenager or and adult its still uncomfortable whennyour parents ask you that" sebastian said

" see you tomorrow " maggie said

" not you too" sebastian said

" goodnight sebastian " charles chuckled

" bye daddy" sofia said hugging him

" night sweetheart bye sean" sebastian said sean was watching the flash on tv.

" bye daddy" sean said not looking away frommthe tv screen.

half an hour later

sebastian arrived at rachel's apartment and was stood outside having knocked he could hear footsteps walking towards the door then she opened it. she was wearing a navy silk dress that hugged her in all the right places but was completely classy.

" wow" sebastian said after a few seconds of been rendered speechless.

" thank you right back at you" rachel said blushing

" are you sure you want to go out or shall we just go to bed right this second" sebastian asked

" honestly " she giggled he pulled her to him wrapping his arms around her waist and kissed her.

" so my lady shall we get going" sebastian asked

" ok" rachel said thry walked hand in hand to the elevator and remained holdin hands until they reached the street where sebastian hailed a taxi.

once in the taxi they were both sat still holding hands the whole journey.

" where we going" rachel asked

" antonio's " sebastian said it was an italian restaurant.

" i love the food there" rachel said

"  you have been before did you go there on a date" sebastian asked

" no i went with mercedes when she was in town last" rachel said relief washed over sebastian he wasnt going to take rachel anywhere where jesse might have taken her.

a short time later they were seated at their table having ordered their food and sipping red wine.

" so your parents are at yours" rachel asked

" yeah " sebastian said laughing recalling their behaviour before he left.

" how are they" rachel said

" good their good happy about us" sebastian said

" yeah i told my dads last night i spoke to them on the phone." rachel said

" oh really what did thsy say" sebastian asked

" well hiram said it was about time and leroy said he couldn't blame me because your hot as hell" rachel said

" i remember meeting them for the first time seriously i was stood outside your dads house and keroy opened the door i wa so nervous he just looked at me and said wow" sebastian said

" i remember he high fived me after you left" rachel giggled.

" never thought the dadcof my girlfriend would fancy me but then again who doesnt i mean look at me" sebastian said just as rachel had taken a sip of her wine she almost choked they both fell about laughing.

" i love how the passing of time has humbled you" rachel said as their food arrived.

" you know me rach im the master of understatement " sebastian said

after their meal they walked a few blocks to jazz bar and headed inside sebastian had insisted on paying for everything tonight so he got them a bottle of red wine.

they made their way over to a corner of the bar where there was a single seat empty rachel went to sit down only for sebastian to sit down and smirk at her.

" thats not very gentlemanly " rachel said

" no but this is" sebastian said pulling her onto his lap.

" there you are rach best seat in the house" sebastian said she smiled and kissed him.

" cant disagree with that" rachel said

" would you like to dance" he asked she nodded and got up off his lap they made their way over to the dancefloor and began to sway to the music.

" are you staying at mine tonight" rachel asked as they swayed

" im surprised you even have had to ask" sebastian said

" am i going to get any sleep tonight" rachel asked

" not if i can help it" sebastian said they both chuckled.
