Chapter fourteen( many places are not real/songs are not mine)

(time skip to New Year's Eve)

I wake up to Beth and Bruce pulling a mason and I out of bed. After I fall on the floor I look up and glare Beth," What the hell are thinking of pulling me out of bed?"

"It's already ten and we need to leave." She says as she pulls me up and shoves me into the bathroom with clothes. As I dress I realize it's the outfit I wore on the first day of school.

I get dressed and go out to Mason and i's bedroom to put my boots on. After putting them on I get up and look in the mirror thinking what am I doing here with all of them? They don't deserve to be around a broken thing like me.?

Mason comes up behind me sliding his arms around my waist and kisses the side of my neck whispering," look how great you look baby. You look as amazing as you did the day we met."

I turn around and face him putting my arms around his neck. At that time I knew right then that I love him. After six months of dating and three before then I definitely knew that I love him.

He kisses me long and hard right before Beth barges in yelling, " lovebirds break it up we got to go!"

I look at her and gore before she takes my arm and drags me away while mason chuckles and grabs our jackets. She drags me to the van, opens the door, and shoves me into the passenger seat and Mason hands me my jacket and a kiss.

Everyone climbs in and Beth starts driving and I plug my phone in to play music as she drives. As we get closer I tense knowing exactly where we are going. My breathing gets thinner and my hands clenched into fists to where my knuckles are white and my eyes automatically closed.

Masons hand appears on my shoulder whispering," it's okay." Beth pulls into a parking lot and shuts the vehicle off and I hear mason tell everyone to go on.

Even with my eyes closed I knew he was beside me and he started talking, " Sarah everything is alright. I won't leave you this time I promise." Tears start coming as I think of what could happen if he leaves me alone.

After twenty minutes he unclenches my hands and slowly pulls me out of the van. After making sure I wouldn't fall he pulled me closer. About ten minutes later he pulls back taking my hand and we slowly walk into the mall.

We head over to a popular store called Angel's, which are known for very cute dresses. I see Beth, Hales, and Ree in there and I suppose the others went to a video game store or whatever. I clench my hand tighter around Mason's and whisper, " Please don't leave me."

He pulls me closer, kisses my forehead and whispers, "Never." we go closer to Beth and see and hear her squeal causing Hales and Ree to run over and they squeal before Beth sees me.

She turns the dress around and i see a beautiful black strapless dress with the entire bottom made of lacey material that comes to my knees. She squeals again saying, " It'll go great with your new combat boots.

I nod before saying, " i'm not trying it on here. No way will that happen again." they all agree and i take it from her, go to the register, pay for it, and then leave and sit on a bench to calm myself with Mason following behind.

We sit there for at least twenty more minutes before the guys show up with game store bags in both of their hands. Shortly after the girls and Ree come out and the girls have at least four bags and say we can leave now.

I sigh in relief and look at my watch realizing it is already five so i announce I'm starving (cause i haven't had anything to eat all day). Everyone else agrees so we head to Jim Jim's, a little diner right at the corner of our hotel.
