Chapter 34

The next day Andy was the first awake. He walked into the kitchen area and got himself something to drink. Then sat down in  the booth and looked out of the window watching the traffic of the city they were now in go by. He sat there for a long while thinking. 

Then Star came out of the bunk area joining him at the booth.

"Morning," she said brightly," you excited about the show tonight?"

"Morning, and always am," Andy smiled brightly at her," how did you sleep?"

Star yawned," Fine, well as fine as you can on a bumpy bus."

Andy nodded and laughed at this," Yeah, you'll get used to it after a while."

Star laughed and they both went silent for a short moment, Then she remembered something," Where does Jon sleep?" 

Jon was their manager/bus driver. 

"Oh, he's been sleeping on  the couch," Andy said.

"Did he always sleep on  the couch?"

"Oh, no you took his bunk for now so that's where he's been sleeping."

"Oh my God, I'm so sorry. He can take his bunk back I can sleep on the couch."

Andy laughed," No, no. Your just fine were you are. Jon himself even said that he liked sleeping on the couch more then on the bunk. Plus, it helps us get more sleep because we're not getting woke up by him getting up at like 4 in the morning. So believe me it's cool. You haven't anything to worry about."

Star smiled," Oh okay." 

Andy laughed again," Really Star you don't have to worry. Trust me." 

Star laughed," Okay Andy."

They fell silent again for a little while, but then Andy broke the silence," So are you coming with us to watch the show?"

Star looked at him with surprise in her eyes," Seriously?"

Andy laughed," Hell yeah. Your one of us now."

Star smiled brightly. She could not belive what was happening," Of course I want to go!"
