Scott’s POV
Mitch talked to my doctor a couple of days ago and ever since he has been acting weird.
“Mitch, can we go and hang at the park?”
“Sure. We’ll go in a minute.”
Once we arrive at the park Mitch wouldn’t leave my side except for the bathroom. He gave me my privacy there.
“Let’s go on the swings!” I said in a childish voice.
Mitch laughed at me and said, “Sure! Let’s go!” in a mocking voice.
When I got to a certain height I didn’t feel happy to stay on. I jumped off, which scared Mitch half to death because I was like five feet off the ground.
“Scott! Don’t do that. You are going to hurt yourself.” Mitch said while rushing over to me to make sure I was okay.
“No, I won’t. You’ve been worrying a lot. Can you stop worrying for a while?”
“No I can’t. I’m worried about you.”
Mitch’s POV
Did Scott just tell me to stop caring? No, he said worrying. I hope this doesn’t last any longer; I miss my Scott and I want him back.
It was starting to get dark and Scott hasn’t said anything in a while. I’m currently at a near by picnic table and I look back expecting to see Scott swinging high and happy.
I didn’t see that I saw him sitting, not moving and looking at the ground.
I began to worry a lot.
