Appearance: Sona is a petite girl of Indian descent with shoulder length, ebony black hair, big eyes stained with the colour of hot chocolate and tawny beige skin. Not being much of a fashion wart, she often sports large, violet spectacles with t-shirts, a pair of shorts, socks and her treasured sneakers, as her attire for various occasions. Though notably, her left wrist has a paler area in the shape of a wristwatch which was a result of her obsession with watches from a young age.

Personality: Being fluent in three languages, Sona has the ability to approach a stranger with utmost decency, diplomacy and brimming confidence yet is distant from her family due to communication gap. Her personality can be best defined as black and white. There is no midway with her. She can be the most humble soul a minute and next can be found seething with pure rage. But certain character traits still are prominent despite her fluctuating mood. Her bold personality and fighting spirit have always pushed her beyond her limits. Funnily, her actions and statements are doubtless but she later can be found feeling unnecessarily embarrassed due to it. Her free-spirited and rebellious nature can be blamed for the persisting tension between her and her mother. In spite of all the shortcomings she has, she is very amiable, yes, sometimes secretive but is never afraid to give words to her opinions which can be credited for her success at a young age.

Backstory: Being the child of two Indian surgeons who had migrated to London and had earned names for themselves, Sona was naturally expected to follow the trail of future her parents had made for her and become another addition to their hospital. Her aspirations and interests were never taken into the account. Living up to others expectation was the only goal in her life until she realised the freedom she longed for. Superficially, her life looked like another plain story: parents with money, a sibling and a proper educational background. But upon closer inspection, one would find crack lines. Frustrated, she decided to pursue a path she a year ago wouldn't have dreamt to, earned a graduate journalism degree, is currently a freelance travel writer and has been offered her own show. It has been five years since she left her caged life, but still is running away from it, travelling to places, never really resting. She has become a wanderer and a dreamer. Her constant travelling has shown her the glamorous world yet her articles and blogs, also voice the evils that lurk in its dark alleys, grasping the attention of various sponsors and magazine. Her money goes two ways, one towards fandom merch and other towards anybody who would require it.

Biggest fears: Just the mention of her mother's existence is enough to scare her out of her wits. But even with a Satan for a mother, she is afraid of facing reality and letting go.

Others: She is an avid reader. She doesn't stay in a city for more than certain months. If not travelling, she can be found procrastinating with anime and mangas. Deadlines mean nothing to her.
