Name: Lake Attuckus
Age: Nineteen
Location: Northeastern Oklahoma, in a small town somewhere near Tulsa.
Occupation: At this point in time, trying to pick a college.
Personality: Lake is possibly the most introverted extrovert you'll ever meet. She's the bare minimum of "out there" to still be considered an extrovert. Let's face it (she already has, about nine years ago), she's something special. How else would you describe a girl who's emotions and actions are ruled by the color choice of the hoodie she's wearing, has a slightly weird habit of licking her thumb at the strangest times, swears she's seen dragons on several occasions, finds connections between everything (no matter how vague and irrelevant it may be), can have complete, three hour conversations within her own head, and who's thoughts are literally all over the place and constantly moving? Oh, well I guess that fits quite nicely. Lake is a sort of upbeat person. She's one for having fun. She's loyal and prides even the tiniest trust you give her. She listens to fast paced music, which may factor into her love for the also fast paced sport of volleyball. Lake's preferred reading material is action and adventure without a single, poisonous drop of romance. "Romance in a book who's genre isn't, in fact, romance, takes away from the actual story," she says. But it probably has a little more to do with her own failed love life.
Appearance: Lake tells herself she doesn't care. She tries not to dwell on it much. Her figure is perfectly aligned (except for her chest, but that's only natural), and she's not exceptionally thin or the other. Its a neutral inbetween. With grey eyes and almost reddish brown hair, a prominent forehead and a long, slightly freckled face, Lake doesn't stick out much in a crowd. But she's alright with that; her personality is loud enough when she wants to be noticed.
Backstory: Every hero, genius, or other extraordinary person has had some tragic backstory. It's what has toughened them, strengthened them, humbled them, pushed them forward; it's what made every other obstacle bearable and beatable. Lake sure is glad she's nothing special in most aspects of life. Nothing horrible happening here, thank you very much. Great parents, a talented little sister, good grades, a couple athletic scholarships and, of course, plenty of pencil, paper, and inspiration on hand.
Biggest Fears: The people she trusts turning on her. Disappointing the people who trust her. Dying a horrible, painful death without resolving a terrible fight.
