Name: Becca Montgomery

Age: 29

Location: Sitka, Alaska

Occupation: Marine Biologist (first year in the field)

Personality: Becca has always been the pleasant girl that will nod her head and smile most of the time, keeping in what she really feels. She likes to give off the impression that she's a tough chick but really if the time ever came to be tough, she would most likely let someone else lead. She's a leader at heart but she has trouble forming the words to step up and become one. In her attempt to be tough sometimes she can come across as a little bitchy, but this doesn't seem to bother her as she doesn't like to hold grudges for more than a couple hours at a time.

Appearance: On the verge of thirty, Becca has suddenly felt the need to dress it down instead of up. Her usual chesty bust has been tucked into a tight sports bra and her curvy body has been neatly slipped into a once piece suit instead of a revealing bikini. To keep her sandy blonde hair from flailing around she has decided that a thick headband is a better alternative to that of a pony tail and unfortunately, always has multiple on hand. She always has her toenails painted different colours, no one has ever bothered to ask her why.

Backstory: Becca grew up in Scotland but recently moved to Alaska due to a job opening in Sitka. She had a relatively normal life growing up; parents, two older brothers and one younger sister, all in which are more successful in their careers than Becca has been. But, she considers getting knocked up at seventeen, giving the baby up for adoption, and finishing University at twenty-six a rough start that her other siblings didn't have. Becca is obsessed with sharks, has been ever since she learned to swim. She's studying salmon sharks in Sitka now, but she's always wanted to study a bigger, more dangerous fish...

Biggest fears: The child she gave up for adoption will come looking for her. It's a past she doesn't like to talk about, but she's always been a little curious, but not enough to act on it. It scares her more than any shark in the world.
