Falling For My Brothers Best Friend

Waiting for the familiar black car to pull up outside my house, I wrapped my cardigan around my torso to keep in all possible warmth.

It's been three weeks since Jake came home and it's been an okay three weeks. Jake still doesn't like Alex, Seth is still trying to get me back but on the plus side, my scary dreams about the car crash and about Alex have stopped. Thank god.

Lily and Jake have gotten... Reacquainted with each other. And they're the happiest that they could be.

School started again last week and it's been a little shaky. Ella still gives my death glares as I walk down the hallway and she blames me for her break up with Seth, which it is kinda my fault.

But now I'd been waiting for half an hour, leaning against the gate outside my house. No-one was in the house today. Lily and Jake had gone to the cinema, Alex was helping his mum with something and mum and dad were on a romantic week away in Cannes.

I almost gave up and turned to walk back into the house but I heard a loud car horn and twisted back at the sound of it. Up pulled the familiar black range rover that I'd always loved and known.

The engine stopped and out jumped my favourite relative.

"Johnny boy!!" I yelled running up to him and jumping up into his arms as he spun me around.

"JJ!" he shouted into my ear.

I pulled back as he put me back down to earth and I stared at my favourite person in the world. My uncle Johnny. He was my dad's little brother and I related to him completely. He was only twenty two so he was a young un'.

"How's my favourite uncle?" I commented poking him in the chest.

"Eh, okay. By the way, Tina's gone," he replied and my face fell.

"Oh no! What did you do this time!" I hit him across the arm this time and he rubbed the place I'd hit.

"Nothing! She was a gold digging bitch, that's why and when I found out... I kicked her out and burned her make-up," he murmured the last part.

"Ah well, there's always the next whore to come into your life," I looked on the bright side.

Tina is, well now WAS, Johnny's ex girlfriend. She was really nice to me. But then again so was Georgia and Francis and Stephanie and Billie and... I forget the rest of them.

"And amen that she's not completely depressing like Tawny," he expressed thinking back to when he was eighteen. Even I remember Tawny.

She was nice too.

He walked back over to his car and grabbed his suitcase from out the back seat and lugged it through the gate.

"So how long are you staying for this time?" I asked him.

"I was thinking for about a month this time, I get to spend time with you and Jake and I got my laptop so I can sort work out from there," he said back.

"Sounds cool, but everyones out so your stuck with me for the rest of the day," I groaned to him.

"Great, where my older bro and his fine woman?" he asked.

"That's my mother your talking about..."

"And your point is?" I raised my eyebrows at him.

"They're away for the whole week and they'll be back next Friday," I answered his question.

"Ahhhhh! A whole ten more days til my bromance will be rekindled!"

"Hey! What about our relationship?! I thought we had a thing?!!" I joked.

We were in the living room now, settling down onto the sofa and resting our legs on coffee table.

"We still have it! And it's still awesome," he confirmed.

"Good, I'm glad you still feel this connection,"

He laughed at my comment and nudged me on the shoulder.

"So where the ol' J-dogg today then? Off losing his virginity for the hundredth time?" he asked.

"No, he's out with his GIRLFRIEND actually," I stressed out the word girlfriend.

"Wow! Which bird tied him down then?" he retorted.

"Lily actually,"

"Good boy!" he started clapping.

I remember him saying ages ago that he saw that Jake and Lily liked each other and that if Jake didn't take her then he would. I'm so happy Jake took her.

I slapped him across the arm again and we both laughed.

I can tell this is gonna be a good month. Hilarious, messed up, good times and a lot of fun.

"Oh and I forgot to ask, how's Seth?" Johnny broke my train of thought.

I hope this makes up for it and this is now off hild and is on SLOW UPDATES! so I think it'll be one chapter every week and a bit... So basically every 10 days or so,
