Weaknesses

Scarlett's p.o.v

I grabbed Lila's arm and pulled her into an empty hallway while everyone else was training. My whole body was shaking from fear but Lila stood there, a calm expression fixed on her face. Her eyes seemed to be filled with hate though. It seemed to be directed to me.

"What?" she snapped, making me feel like what I was about to do was going to go horribly wrong, "Can it be quick, I need to use my training time wisely."

Gritting my teeth, I decided to tell her, "Do you know who I am, Lucy?"

She gasped and muttered quietly, "Who are you, how do you know?"

"Look at me," I told her, looking straight into her eyes. She examined my face blankly, "It is moi, your best friend!"

Lila shrieked and threw her arms around me, "I thought you ran away, and when I heard about Scarlett Dragone, I thought someone had stolen your name!"

"I'm here now that's what counts." I told her, "But I am not killing anyone if I can help it."

She nodded too, "So are we gonna camp out in some trees or something?"

I bit my lip, "Let's chose our weapons first."

Lila and I walked over to the weapon table. She picked up a bow and a quiver of arrows. I picked up some Ninja Stars and a blade.

"Now?" Lila asked.

"You train," I explained, "I'll check for the others weaknesses."

Lila nodded and I walked over to Justin. I never minded JB's music. I just didn't really like him. He had a shield strapped to his left arm and held a long spear in his right. He was really good at hitting targets with the spear but struggled to control his shield. He would be easy to defeat if the situation arose.

Next, I moved onto 1D. They all bunched together, holding swords, except for Harry. Harry seemed to be flirting with Sha Sha, who was holding two short daggers. I decided they looked cute together. One direction's weakness was easy to spot. If one of them fell, they all lost confidence. Yet, Sha Sha's weakness, I couldn't quite put my finger on. I shuffled over to Marzia. Marzia had a bow and arrow and looked quite cute, but had a serious look on her face. Her weakness was even easier to spot than One direction's. She was too focused on one target, she wouldn't notice a surprise attack from behind. Nearby, Ryan Higa was practising with a double ended spear. He was pretty good but his defense was extremely weak. Finally, Daniel was training with a trident and light weight shield. I couldn't find his weakness either. I wandered back to Lila.

"Yeah?" she asked, not taking her eyes of the targets.

It was at that moment I decided to test her, I swiftly crept behind her and I reached for my blade. Before I even touched it, Lila's bow was in front of my face pulled back.

"Perfect," I purred, then burst out laughing. Lila did too and everyone stared at us. But that didn't matter. All that mattered was that we were ready for anything.

A/N: HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE! THIS IS GOING TO BE MY SECOND COMPLETED BOOK. HOPEFULLY I'LL HAVE IT DONE BEFORE MY EXAMS START OR THINGS ARE GONNA GO DOWNHILL.
