:::Drew's POV:::

I walked down the street next to my best friend Wes after our sound check as he continued to argue on his phone with his brother about us being late back to the venue. We're almost always late so Keaton should be used to it by now if you ask me. We're on tour and today we're in Toronto, Canada. It's always sick when we get to play a show here. The fans embrace us with so much love it warms my heart. Something about this feels off though. I feel sick to my stomach almost.

"You alright man?" Wes asked bumping my shoulder to get my attention.

I nodded my head and sighed. "Yeah I'm good."

"You're not still thinking about that girl right?" He asked.

It's true, I'd been pretty hung up on this one girl I hooked up with after our last show in LA. She was different and something about her kept her running through my head day and night. We'd talked for only a few hours but I felt like I'd known her my whole life. She was just so genuine and real.

"I don't know Wes. She was just different." I said not really answering his question, because to be honest I didn't know if she was the reason I felt so down.

"Dude why don't you just call her?" He laughed like it was no big deal.

"We're on the road man. It's impossible to have a relationship on the road and you know that. I mean look at you and Carly." I said trying to make him understand.

"Me and Carls had issues before the tour started, and we're still friends." He shrugged. "Plus I never suggested a relationship. I just think you should call her since she's making you so distracted lately."

"Well I would if I'd gotten her number okay!" I groaned wanting him to just drop the whole thing. "I don't even know what her last name is! I just know her name was Emma."

"Oh." Wes mumbled not knowing what else to say.

I felt bad for yelling at him when he was just trying to help, but damn! I just want to get this show over with. We were silent the rest of the way back to the venue where we met Keaton and got ready to perform.

"You ready Keaterpan?" I laughed ruffling Keaton's hair.

"Drew stop!" He whined shoving me away.

"Lets kill it!" Wes said getting all jacked up on Mountain Dew as we made our way out onstage.

We did our show making the fans scream and some cry as we sang. I jumped in the crowd actually surprised that the girls could hold me up. It's amazing what can be accomplished when everyone works together. After the show we did our meet and greet. Fans posed with us for pictures and asked us random questions, most of which we'd been asked hundreds of times before.

You can always tell the real fans from the ones who just think we're hot. Wes eats up the attention most of the time just to please the girls, but I just wish everyone liked us for the message of our music not the fact that we look good.

"You guys are so amazing!" One girl was saying as she posed with us.

"Thanks, you're amazing." Wes winked making her about pee herself.

"What's your name?" Keaton asked the girl.

    "Emma." She almost fainted.

I saw Wes give me a look hearing her name. Of course there's more than one Emma, but now instead of just being another name of another girl at another show, now it makes me think back to that one amazing girl back in California. Her sandy blonde hair with beachy waves, the fact she didn't cake on makeup, her blunt honesty, and those sky crystal blue eyes. Everything about her was captivating. If only I had some way to get her back in my life again.
